nobody on here is going to advise you to use a company so you will be waiting a long time to get an answer!0

Download this form, complete it, keep a couple of copies and send one of them off to the bank.0

This is truly the wrong forum and website for doing that. Here is the advice article you need;Hi Guys I read all the way this thread looking for the best PPI Claim Company.

Unfortunately, if you find it impossible to follow these simple instructions then a Claims Company is no use to you either as they'll require the same information from you.0 -

The form is the same, who you send it to is the key point - the dealer for car loans if they arranged it.
Keep two copies and get proof of posting (free from the Post Office).
If you do not get a satisfactory response by the end of August then send one of the copies to FOS.0 -

hmmm, thanks for the info, unfortunately the car dealer is well known round these parts for being a typical delboy, so even before i send a letter to him i know it will end up in the bin with no reply what so ever....
so i guess i would be claiming from him and not the finance provider.......
im now wondering if it would be worth the hassle.......
many thanks for the info guys.0 -

ok ill give it a try, suppose all ill lose is a couple of stamps, but with a few hundred to gain.....
