I'm in the same boat re 1 months notice, guess they won't be getting that now unless I hear something on Monday!! Hopefully they'll be ok about it, but I'd like to be able to give them at least a couple of weeks if I'm leaving. Fingers crossed it all works after all this waiting!

I got about a weeks notice for the medical.

GOOD NEWS FOLKS...A little birdie told me that there will be appointment calls/letters going out tomorrow (Sat) and all next week!!!

I had my test 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything bar a letter telling me to go for a medical on Monday.

I rang the number from one of the previous letters to hear how my details were coming along, and just to check what they could tell me. they never mentioned anything about going for a further medical, I assume because I am fit and have never had anything wrong in the past and absolutely nothing to report on the medical questionnaire ? or were you the same ?

I got the call today as well! I am in! I am so happy right now! Been out of work for a while so its great news. Hope it works out for everyone else on here to.

I know having spent 6 months on the rock and roll 19 years ago, that it is not a pleasant situation, thankfully I was single and still at home then.
