That was my thinking too,I have even worked out the morgage could be paid of end of dec 2015 if we can keep this up, if we were to get any extra money payrise bonus etc it could be sooner. I never though it possble although my DS should be in his 1st year of Uni by then so who knows what will happen.

My friends does similar, her mum works in a Post Office so she just gives her parcels, oh well not long till mine are back at pre-school/school:D
Wow, wouldn't it be good to be DF by Dec 2011? That's my target too(I do have a diary on here) oo sppoky, just checked my spreadsheet for my original DFD and it was March 2013 too:D! I do love a good spreadsheet!! I based the original DFD on making a minimal payment each month but I know my income will go up In May next year as my childcare costs will stop, and I hope that in Oct 2011 I can up my hours at work as my youngest will start school In Sept 2011. I'd love to be able to make an extra £100 a month to put towards my debt but apart from ebay i'm not sure how to do it, and I will at some point run out of things to ebay:rotfl:
Have any of you used Music Magpie? I wonder how much they give for CD's/DVD's as I have a fair few unwanted ones and frankly the thought of listing them all on ebay fills me with dread0 -
I have been playing on MM but have found I use ebay first especially as its free listing weekend and you only have to put the barcode in no photos so quite quick to list, what cd's I have left are off to MM next week about 25 and 4 PS2 games and they have offered £9ish not great but I need to clear the house.
This DFW journey has had quite an impact on me so far i have
Changed my hair and had it cut short
Lost 1 Stone in weight
Cleared over 10k of debt
and halfway to a decluttered house
Told you I was feeling positive................MARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035

WOW:T that's brilliant, I can see how it's all linked, one of my main purchases is chocolate for myself, so if I stop that maybe i'll lose some weight too:D
The searching for things to ebay makes you realise just how much money you've wasted on unneeded crap doesn't it? Hopefully seeing this will mean once I am DF i'll think twice before thinking 'I need x/y/z' I've already started to put things back and think 'if I need it i'll come back another day' It's also made me realise that I buy dc things they say they want and then struggle to find things for their bdays/christmas. I don't remember my mum buying me anything apart from bday/christmas and I have vowed to try and stick to that. I think dc are already cottoning on as dd says 'oh not for christmas again' :rotfl:0 -

How lovely to read such a positive post!
You have done so incredibly well on this journey, congratulations!
But please don't leave us next Christmas, we would miss you and I need someone else around with a DH who likes to spend money

There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!
