I will wait anothr 3-4 days and see if they reply, I put "you very clearly haven't investigated this case as these points do not cover why you have overcharged me so much" From all the bad press i have see about them overcharging I hope it hits them hard on the pocket I will only go there as a last resort now.

Im home, Im tired Im cold but we have had a fantastic day and a little snow.

Confession time I have spent about £30 on drinks lunch and a xmas present for DH.
I then bought some boots £25 as the ones i was wearing had such a thin sole my feet were frozen, these are perfect for any weather.
Then I purchased a pair of trousers and 2 tops £96  but this will cover 4 nights out before xmas as im out with different people.
Tomorrow will be another spend day as DS need new school shoes plus im off to order the turkey but mum has offered to pay for it.
Will catch up with cc payments and diaries tomorrow.

    Morning HWG

Glad you had a lovely day, it's been so long since you treated yourself and they were all essential items so don't feel too guilty :)

We have had a little dusting of snow, looking forward to taking the dog out this morning it's lovely.
