    Pfft... lol I doubt it!!!

I am the father of your child and of kellogg's

It's in writing what does it prove - Nowt, the only real proof is a DNA test, do you really think text messages prove anything legally ?

IMHO all the show is someone sent a text from one devive to another at a specific time & date, not who sent it and to who

I know it doesn't prove anything legally, but, he's just contradicting himself. if you had doubts about a child being yours, would you be giving them money and seeing them???

Also still wants my son to attend his wedding!!!!!

Just to play DA - my OH has never known 100% whether his DD is his or not. (X was 'raped' on holiday around the time she got pregnant. Not that I'm making light of it btw, but the woman's a pathological liar). However he accepted that he would be her dad and is on the birth certificate.

Your ex does sound like he's being a plank though!

No idea but given half a chance I'd photograph the results and stick the image on his facebook page. :D

Only a few weeks, it was 6 weeks after I informed the CSA that the payments were due, depends how quickly the NRP sends in the relevant paperwork

    More updates..

Lady from CSA rang me today, she is sending out request for his paperwork, apparently he has it all waiting to go, and has to return it in 7 days, so they should have it back by the end of next week then they can do a calculation! Yay! :)

Had my calculation in writing today, am very pleased. So all in all its taken 13 weeks from them contacting him to a decision, even with a slight technical hitch along the way.

The ex is setting up a direct debit as we have managed to agree on him paying the arrears off over a longer time (see, I can be amicable!)

I'd like to wish everyone on here luck with their cases
