    Got any cornflour claire? Mix a couple of tablespoons in some cold water then add to the SC and stir...it'll thicken it up.


    I just added ceyene pepper instead of paprika to tonights pasta bake........ooooops.....spice overload - it's now got a huge pot of sour cream stirred in but it's still hot hot hot.:o
