Lost a couple of pound since joining the weight loss challenge, but have noticed a difference in the inches since going to the gym and mixing it up a bit....last night I had to do
5 mins warm up on treadie
5 mins fast run on treadie
25 body weight squats
5 mins fast run on treadie
25 press ups
5 mins fast run on treadie
25 chest press
5 mins fast run on treadie
25 seated row
5 mins fast run on treadie
25 leg extensions
