My SIL's all use the big catering dishes that you generally see in chinese buffets. They are gas powered and sit on hot water - they use it for their chicken curries and it keeps them warm. I think they are from costco.
I was thinking of getting a couple so I would be quite happy to buy them, let you use them and take them home with me...

Wow pooky thats a good profit...Ive run out of things to sell on fleabay, well I have loads of B's old summer clothes which I will stick on once it gets a bit warmer.
Im going to try and get her to help me make some chickpea and potato croquettes and then I might try and do some numeracy work, I hate the fact that schools focus so much on reading but numeracy really gets left behind.

Lets walk away from the curries now...the one I am making is for my family to eat-and when I say 'family' I mean me an DH as DD and DS will probably turn their noses up at it.
I think it will be easier to do non-keeping warm food especially as it has to be all cleared up by midnight and if there is left overs, will all end up in my fridge and hence my belly and hence my ARR$EEmpty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0
