    OK Food wise

    French Stick x 10
Cold Meat - allow 2 slices per person
    Cheese platter
    Coleslaw - 2-3 large bowls
Rice Salad - 2-3 large bowls
Pasta Salad - 2-3 large bowls
    Crudities (carots, cucumber etc)
    Dips
    Breadsticks
Sausage rolls ( allow 1-2 each person)
    Quiche - 5 large
Bowls of salad - 2 large bowls
    Crisps
Mini cocktail sausages or some kind of chicken

you could also then get a few platters of bits such as the indian or chinese ones to sit alongside everything else.

Then you need 10 desserts which will serve 10 people
    Cheesecakes
    Pavalova
    trifle
    strudle
    gateaux

    how does that sound?

I have added all this stuff to the spreadsheet - shall I take the stuff off that isn't listed here?

From experience, when you are catering for 100 people, you only need to provide enough food for about 70, as there will be people who don't want to eat/eat very little. We were told that by the people who did the buffet for our wedding, and have always used that as a guide, and there has still always been plenty. Not sure if that makes any difference to the quantities.

Hi SRM, doing okay thanks, trying to keep busy so I don't think about...anyone...but have run out of housework, and only have the ironing left. Sighhhh.

Don't you hate it when you run out of excuses to do ironing! :rollseyesdramatically:
