OK Food wise
French Stick x 10
Cold Meat - allow 2 slices per person
Cheese platter
Coleslaw - 2-3 large bowls
Rice Salad - 2-3 large bowls
Pasta Salad - 2-3 large bowls
Crudities (carots, cucumber etc)
Dips
Breadsticks
Sausage rolls ( allow 1-2 each person)
Quiche - 5 large
Bowls of salad - 2 large bowls
Crisps
Mini cocktail sausages or some kind of chicken
you could also then get a few platters of bits such as the indian or chinese ones to sit alongside everything else.
Then you need 10 desserts which will serve 10 people
Cheesecakes
Pavalova
trifle
strudle
gateaux
how does that sound?I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Things like pasta salad and rice salad are so easy to do in large quantities and coleslaw you can make for pence compared with buying it as all you need is carrot, onion and white cabbage and mayo, stick it in a food processor to chop and voilaI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
