Welcome Misha8, I expect you will pick up a few tips on here - some of us talk about our adventures of a different kind on here, as you will see.
Ziggles - I am glad you found the budgeting sheets useful - I will set my budget soon for next year
NGlady - All that shopping! I want to do much less shopping in 2012, I hope you sort your returns out.
I have sent you a PM regarding the budget sheets which I have renamed for 2012

I bought all the booze- they think i'm a specialist in all things alcoholic:p. And also i like red wine and they don't so i just get stuff i think they'll like- which they usually do;)
Frog- does your ex forget big things too?
P.s. the budget sheets were fab- only thing is i keep messing with them monthly so it's not helping my long term goals. I'm planning on reworking them this week. Also i tend to ignore the daily spends and personals bit- also not helpful. But i will get better!
p.p.s. I have decided to have a month's break for the nails ang then restart them as i feel they are the only nice thing i do for myself- barring food/fudge which are not really nice for my health or weight :-*
p.p.p.s- I also have tiny llitle pimples on my cheeks right now- please say it's just bad diet???Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heavenMatthew 5:30 -

Well, when we were together yesterday, he said was going to my eldest daughter's for lunch today - I said no, as she was coming to me and so was he. He remembered today and turned up on time.
Re pimples - perhaps too much sugar at Christmas, I know it affects my skin when I have too muchNot Rachmaninov

Oh dear can someone force him to go get checked out? Is he even aware of his memory issues- you have mentioned it before.
I shall get onto a veggie diet- i tell you bar the days i come to the parents i hardly see a vegetable.
In other news i lost £20 the other day that i was supposed to get a magazine sub with for my christmas- not impressed.Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heavenMatthew 5:30 -

His doctor is aware of it. His memory deteriorated after he had some ECT sessions - a known side effect. He knows he forgets things but has learned to live with it - he started to have problems dealing with bills so all is now on direct debit and he deals with just day to day spending which he is ok with.
Regarding your £20. Did you lose it outside of the house or could it turn up again? Not Rachmaninov

:cool:Oh- i understand ECT is truly horrendous- unfortunately it's the treatments with the worst side effects that are often the most helpful- while causing a load of other problems- cost benefit i suppose.
No idea where money is- not at the parentals or mine as i have tidied everything up. might look in car again but not hopeful. totally sucks.:(
Wonder if Anglea is hme yet and getting some rest and not gassing on the phone with loverboy
And you Frog- any comms from your two?
I'm currently thinking up an excuse for leaving at 12 tomorrow...to see FWB:o Might say i'm going to see a friend- which i am- and won't be back until weekend. then to break the news i won't be here at hogmanay either...going to see another friend who's just miscarried and needs some time out. I know it'll be messy- always is with her. Last year we met the rugby team and she got naughty with one of them=short affair=big trouble. I was very good though- told her i wanted nothing to do with her while it was going on and if she didn't stop i'd spill the beans to her hubby who i happen to like quite a lot. But then this hare-brained scheme of i want a baby or i want to foster kids (on top of her terrible two). Haven't seen her all year bar a facebook barney and usual texting. (poor i know she lives 30 miles away) Oh why can't i have some normal pals???Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heavenMatthew 5:30 -
Re ECT - we were concerned when it was suggested he have it, but he agreed and it solved the problems he was having at the time.
Not heard from the Muse since a text in the early hours of Christmas day - and Bym messaged me Christmas morning.
I sent them both a Christmas day photo by email, exactly the same - I think I was wondering how/if they would respond, so far nothing. And as Bym said he originally would have been spending the day alone, I have taken the opportunity to text him to ask what his plans are for new year's eve and if he was free for us to meet up
Good luck with your visit to FWBNot Rachmaninov

Hi all
I'll catch up tomorrow as just back from a 5 or 6 mils walking pub crawl, only drank alcohol at the last pub - I know I said alcohol free but I fancied some by the end.
No word from MM since yesterday morning. Where are you MM?0 -

Hi all
FR I did hear from him after I posted here, I forgot he was goiing to be out with family all day.
What kind of photodid you send your two?
Have you recovered from all your guests and lack of chairs?
I went on another walk this morning, surprised my feet weren't hurting from yesterday.
Welcome to our new member Mischa
Ziggles - 20 questions- re the pimples - are they small, hard and white? Did you find the money? Are you having a good time with FWB yet? Or are you still in your pj's? That's arkward with your friend and her 'adventures' and ideas, yet you want to be supportive for her in other ways.
NGlady, I'm really glad I didn't read your post on the day I was drunk, those returns and the tags sounded very confusing. I liked the dresses, very nice, my colours too.
About last night, I had some ciders in the final pub and think it was a mistake as when I got home I raided the cupboards and fridge, might have to give them up for good as I had a horrible taste in my mouth.0
