Hi girls
You'll have to wait a bit longer.
I'm shattered as I only slept for about an hour and just returned after going with MM to get his coach in Bristol where I looked round a few shops and got home a long while later as the bus was delayed.
Will probably PM tomorrow.
Glad BYM sounds more interested FR.0 -
ooh - sounds as if it went well!
Will await further details :jNot Rachmaninov

LOL I know MM looked at my previous post so I need to watch what I say
I got 2 emails from him and he just phoned to say he's ringing again for a proper chat in a short while.
I had a nap until 11pm, shocked it was that late, I was fully clothed and only just lay down for what I thought was a few moments.0 -
Hi all
I'll put you out of your misery. I had a quick chat with MM last night, then he called again for a slightly longer one (but very short compared to our previous ones). I can talk about the viist, however, I must remember that I only joined the forum because DS used it so will probably PM too..
So much for me telling everyone that I never get nervous around peopleI was given a lovely, serious letter to open on arrival and I kept giggling as I was reading it. At the pub my hands were shaking as I was eating..He bought me a present, Amaretto which we drank in the afternoon, he was very tired. He also bought me the manuscript of one of this books, and the day previously emailed 2 other books.
I first saw him through the window arriving, The weather had turned bad at that time and I saw him with a coat and hat looking for the house and waved out the upstairs window. I couldn't believe how similar he looked to one of DS's friends from Uni. He looked totally different when he removed the hat, but at first it gave me a surprise.
We spent some time discussing possible joint ventures but there seemed to be so many other topics to talk about so that will be discussed in the future. I thought he might fall asleep as he was so tired so we went to the other local pub, then spent all night talking until about 6 am. I set the alarm for 11.30am but was awake virtually the whole time as I had very bad indigestion which only disappeared when I was in Bristol. It must have been down to nerves.
What made me laugh is that MM wanted to take some photos where I live but when we went to the pub in the evening in the really scenic part, it was dark so the next day he was too tired to go out for photos so just took a photo of the bus stop as we were waiting for the bus to leave. Once we got to Bristol, which left us spare time, I took him to a priory which is next to the bus station. There was a hold up for the coach leaving as a couple turned up with a riduculous amount of lugggage and were not allowed on.
My plans today - out to lunch, shops. Ex is picking DS up at the local airport at 5.30. It will be strange having him home again, I know he's been very unwell which must have been bad timing for his final week..
Before I forget, he wasn't in that episode of Desperate Scousewives Ziggles, he's been to the Miss Manchester event not the FHM one.
Yesterday in Bristol I took a look at Per Una.I was smiling away thinking about us on this thread. The only thing I bought during my shopping browse was a pack of masking tape.
Have a good day girls.0 -

Sounds you have had a lovely time. A writer too, how nice. I will be going out very soon but hope to hear details later :j So little sleep, you must have been exhausted.
I gave Bym some Amaretto as a present - what a coincidence. He's taken it home with him so I never even got to try it!
I did not hear from him at all yesterday. In the evening I emailed him a poem I had just written so I hope I get a response to that sometime today. I was pleased to write as it has been so long since I wrote a poem, but he inspired me to write. Not Rachmaninov

Amaretto, CL perhaps you need to buy a bottle just in case it brings you luck.. FR, that was a strange coincidence with it. Ziggles, do you or your FWB like it?
Hope BYM replies soon.
I forgot to mention, very MSE. Normally the return to Bristol is about 10 pounds. When MM and I caught the bus to the coach station, the ticket machine was broken. I happened on the same bus on the return journey too, so the whole trip was free..
I looked back over this post and it looks like it's written in code with all those initials.0 -
Hello again,
Finally bought a cardigan I like except for the button, might take that off and sew up the hole. Don't worry Ziggles, no frills, stripes or dots,
What have you all been doing?0 -
Hi Anglea
I have been to see the chiropractor today - a friend took me as it is in the next town and we had decided to go to Waitrose there as well and have lunch out. She is a fairly new friend, and I don't have many female friends in real life.
It was a lovely day out, but I have come out and it is cold in the apartment - heating was off. Under a blanket until the room warms up properly. I hate the cold weather!
Congratulations on the cardigan - glad you can amend it to suit you more. I could do with more clothes as I am fed up with wearing the same ones. Wanted to wait until I lost more weight, but if Bym comes before that happens then I might treat myself earlier than that. Not Rachmaninov

Hi all
FR that's really nice that you have a new friend. Hope everything went ok at the chiropractor. DS is here now, we might go out later if he isn't meeting anyone. It's cold in my house even though the heating is on.Snuggling under a blanket sounds good.0 -
I'm trying to convince myself to go out - it is cold but is a gig on locally with people that I know, so I ought to go as they don't live in this townNot Rachmaninov
