Central heating man has been and gone.

Sat down again and realised a text has come in but my inbox was full! And when I clear it it always takes ages for it to come in properly. Have sent text to Bym in case it was him (after madly deleting texts) and said if he had sent me a text to send another one. (which would come before the delayed ones) But no texts yet received. Perhaps he hasn't a signal.

I am such a clutz. Same thing happened last time - he messaged to say he couldn't come and I didn't find out until after I went to the station to meet him. Luckily then he came the following day.

I hate this waiting around!!!!!

My plumber rang to say he's coming Wed. afternoon between 2-4 which has messed up my MM countdown so will have to rejig things.

There is a person on a different forum that seems to have a problem with me, usually it concerns a man that is very friendly with me. I've had other users PM me to say she must be jealous.

Recently I started using another thread and discovered she'd also joined it, now she's criticising my posts again. Usually I make a joke of her comments but this time I didn't hold back. It's really annoying as I really enjoy using that site but she always tries to spoil it for me. She's a moderator to make it worse. Not on MSE I have to add.

I had DS call me on his phone but ran out of credit. I couldn't ring him back, his phone didn't work. So I emailed my skype name. He finally contacted me to add him. Haven't heard back. I just hope I don't accidentally think I'm talking to MM if he does call

Delayed response (always the way!) but hmmm, I don't think my shyness can be helped by anyone other than myself! I know I'm a decent person, but it's hard to convey when I can't even speak a word with strangers.
To answer your question Anglea - I am quiet in general, regardless of the person. But with men of my own age it's considerably worse.

Oooh I was out today and I heard two people talking about MSE and paying off credit card, etc, which was odd! I always felt that this place is a whole other world... my little world... but apparentely not, and there are others locally use it :eek::p

Ang, the person on the other forum is most probably jealous of you... part of my problem with other women is their cattiness. Not all women, but many of them. I just can't relate with all the gossiping, etc - I hold no interest for it! I think my problem is I'm old before my time

I'm off to work on a list... of things I'm currently avoiding. I'm going to make myself do one thing per day, so hopefully by the end of the week they're all done. Wish me luck...
