I would love you to work in the Nottingham or Meadowhall branch - do you, do you, do you?! lol.

I brought two of those boyfried cardigens from Tenerife last July, there still in fab condition!
I brought a cream mac from Lanzarote in Jan 09 - still in fantastic quality yet worn loads.
I may need to take another look round Zara when I need some more basics. Perhaps I have just been trying the wrong things on :)
You should definitely give the UK version another try. Their size M fits me and I'm not really small - I'm usually a size 12/14 in tops. I find their jeans are a bit on the small size though. But yeah, they have some lovely classic pieces that don't really date so can be worn for a long time.

I went to Zara in Barcelona a few years ago... I got a khaki leopard print hoodie (sounds hideous but it is gorgeous) and it's still going strong.

That's alright, my sarky sense of humour as well!!! I have discount and I still wait for the sales too as like I said earlier in the thread I would rather do stuff than have stuff. This means I get stuff for next to nothing a few times a year. I'm a right tight b****!!!

Ahhhh I bet you get first pick of all the good sale stuff. Lucky :p though I reckon that if I worked in retail I would be even worse than I am now - surrounded by temptation all day

I'm not saying! It's great and I love it. Getting all dressed up every day is my idea of heaven!

  • Haha, no worries. If it's one of those though, the chances are that we've probably crossed paths. Small world!

But yeah, I imagine it's pretty good. I know some shops give you a clothing allowance for uniform... I'd love to work in somewhere like Topshop/H&M for that reason alone!
