NG, I think you're too petite for palazzo pants. I am too. We have them in stock where I work and they only really look good on the taller ladies, although size doesn't matter; they suit any size.

Still eBaying but they're a pain in the neck about not listing more than a few brand new "top brand" in their words items a month. But since when was Primark or a T shirt from a concert with NO brand in, a top brand !!!!!!?!
On the plus side, I did manage to get my fees back for the Uggs and have relisted them in the hope of making more money this time on them....

Frog. NAUGHTY going to see him, BUT glad you went on to have a really nice time in his company :) I think with him, hes ones of those where you have to enjoy the moment you have together rather than thinking too much into it. Did you mention the man in Turkey to him? (Beau isnt it?)

Hehe - I did enjoy every moment with him, and hope to see him as soon as I come back from my holiday. Also thanks to him my creativity returned and I wrote two poems.

He really is so lovely - I once asked if he'd met anyone else from the dating site he contacted me from, and he said he hadn't. I have no reason to disbelieve him.

I didn't mention Beau to him, and he didn't ask.

    Hi all

Fr - Sometimes when you talk about the muse and your time with him, it reminds me of the film The Talented Mr Ripley.

There is a handsome rich young man called Dickie who doesn't treat those who love him very well at all.

There is one scene where the g/f says that when Dickie is with you (meaning with anyone on their own without others being around) it feels like you're in heaven (or words to that effect).

I think that the muse might have that effect on you - am I right?

    What are palazzo pants?

NGlady, you seem to be worrying a lot about this clothes buying trip hope once you get there you'll enjoy yourself.

FE glad you got your fees back for the boots.

Seeing the solicitor again this afternoon. It feels strange now at home as DS is back and I got so used to be on my own.

The muse is a very quiet, unassuming guy. I feel such love and desire for him. There are two Turkish words canım and aşkım - both terms of endearment, but the first is an expression of the soul, the second of passion. For him I feel both.

There are times when I have asked questions, our relationship has never been defined, and he has not answered.

I no longer ask any questions, I just accept him as he is

    Hi ladies
How are we all doing? Been suffering with horrible hayfever lately but the rain arrived today so i am thrilled for the respite. Been so hot too- you'd wonder if i really come from a hot country i moan about it so much!

NG- i hope you do get some stuff you like. Don't let her boss you about and remember- YOU are spending the money, and she is working for YOU so if you don't like it tell her.Relax and enjoy!
Anglea- i know how you feel- i get used to having my space after one day! Good luck at the solicitor
Frog- I'm glad Anglea is here keeping you somewhat on the alert! It's nice you went to see him and enjoyed it though. And the bonus of sparking your creativity...nice ;-)

Hi Zigs - thanks for that, believe it or not, I hadnt thought of that mind train, that she is actually my employee for the 2hour slot and if i dont like it, im not going to pay my hard earned money for it.

DEman asked me an interesting question - the whole idea behind a personal shop experience in my opinion, is that they give you advise on what you should really be wearing for your figure. I have always thought I dress pretty good for my figure, always dresses with leggings, and occasional pair of taipered trousers. He asked me whether I would be more annoyed that ive gone through that, to go home with nothing I wouldnt have picke myself or to go in and her to say no no nothing you wearing is right but XYZ it and itd suit u more.

To this day im not too sure lol.

Well. I have been looking on the dorothy perkins website - and I have found a Mocha colour jacked that I am going to be taking him to see and hinting at :)

iv never been spoilt like this before, I find it dead hard to ask for stuff lol which considering I work in sales and I am actually fairly successful at it, is quite funny really. Hopefully big wide blue eyes and looking at it for a long time will make him realise lol.

    Hi all

NGlady, another aspect of trying on in stores is the lighting, something might look great in the cubicle but look a different colour at home. At least you are good at returns. I wonder if that would affect their commision or not. Still you don't have to worry about that, they have taken that job knowing all this in advance. But if they come up with a 'widow with 6 kids under 10' story about themselves, then think twice before buying anything.

Ziggles, are you affected in your eyes or just stuffy nose etc? I've got both lots.

Haha Anglea- widow with 6 kids heehee
My eyes are wrecked- the drops just burn as i've practically scratched them out! Lots of sneezing but not blocked.
Hopefully weather will be ok tomorrow as i wanna go to the golf while it's grey but warmish- don't ask for much do i?
well i've gone a bit mental at the shops today girls i bought some dresses- again- 2 out of 3 to be returned next week and 3 bras and some toiletries (that are totally unecessary but will go into my storage box), and some fancy strawberry vinegar yum yum. I have a bit of money left over this month and have spent every penny of it instead of putting it on my groaning credit card- Lord help me! I'm a bad woman:cool:
On the wine tonite so all is well with the world:D

    Hi all

Ziggles which drops do you use? I found the dry eye ones better than hayfever ones. My nose/sinuses are playing up today. I wonder how much you've got in your storage box? :)

    What dress are you keeping?

Yesterday I tried on a skirt - too big.

You know how I said before I have to wear dodgy sandals because of my feet? Well I had an idea, instead of worrying about what kinds of clothes look right, I had this idea of perhaps embellishing the fronts. I had read this magazine article how someone had started a business making one pair of shoes but somehow having 6 different tops to them, it sort of inspired me to have a go at the straps of my sandals.

If I remember to try it of course. In this weather anything stuck on would wash away. How many of you got caught out lately? Yesterday we had 3 flash floods.

Hey sugar i take nedocromil drops- bright yellow things i often feel like i look jaundiced in the eyes but i don't.

Interesting about the shoes but i don't really understand- braincells compromised by the red wine!
But different straps might do it.
Post us a pic of the sandals and maybe we can help.
It loks thuderos here but no rain yet- bet it'll be tomorrow as i've arranged to go to the golf then!
I've been driving so not been caught out in the rain yet- not just cos i'm lazy but also cos i think i had a fun related injury- my ankle hurt so bad- dad sais it might be gout and that put the fear of God in me and i got healed overnight- lol
