I think 2 stone in 50 days might be a bit ambitious morocha. Try to do it more slowly so that the weight stays off.
Another thing to remember is that your body does change when you have a baby and that's not a bad thing, just look at the wonderful person who you grew inside you.
Diet and excersise are the key, but not going on a diet, changing your lifestyle for the better. If you eat a healthy diet on the whole then your body will settle at its natural weight. You can then tone up the wobbly bits (still not got round to toning up my wobbly bits and my baby is 6.5!).Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -
Hi Kazz, i know what you mean, i understand, but my main problem is that i do not exercise as i used to... i know once i start eating better and walking for 1 hour everyday i will see results... i became lazy.Mejor morir de pie que vivir toda una vida de rodillas.0

argh!!! lots of listing on ebay i think and buying in some classics...i really want to follow fashion but i'm a size 18/20 and a lot of stuff just looks naff on me...i've got quite a classic 50's housewife/nigella shape so i think i'll stick to some Boden bit and bobs...
i've started reading my ex shopaholic book-it came this morning...Alexis Hall has been there and done it! so we can girls...it's a very good book and so heartbreakingly correct in places...i'm a book fiend i've been reading it the last 2 hours!!! on and off between taking kids to school and copious amounts of coffee...i can't recommend it enough.

OK so I spent £16 in sainsburys last night. I don't even remember what I went in for but I cam out with loads of stuff. Mainly crisps and bread etc. I think my aim should be not to even set foot into these places as I have zero will power! I'm soo angry with myself!"Dance like nobody's watching; love like you've never been hurt. Sing like nobody's listening; live like its heaven on earth." - Mark Twain0

Hi everyone,
Nixxx - don't say you're another crisp-aholic? There's quite a few of us here. So it was mainly food then, at least that is necessary (apart from snacks). Why don't you try what I did yesterday - take a bag of small change coins - you won't choose much because you know you'll be counting them out.
Velocitygirl - I hope you find something you like and you feel comfortable in. Glad you are enjoying the book.
I also recommend a book called 'Something More' -Excavating your Authentic Self by Sarah Ban Breathnach
Today I'm feeling queasy after the crisps I ate last night so will hopefully avoid any today.
Completelylost - 48 bags of snacks  What's happening about your coat? Definitely not going to change your mind?
Nglady - I think you're right. When I go up the shops around people there is a different type of energy than when I go in the other direction and it's only me and my thoughts.
debtdesperado - I'm chuckling thinking of those gold hotpants on the fridgeI had a fridge magnet that looked like a street sign with 'mind your waist'. Never worked!

Oh I love crisps especially the Salt 'N Shake with the little blue packets.
I went to Town yesterday, 1st time in months recovering from a broken ankle and I did buy a few things. I was really pleased as I did not buy any clothes and wasn't even remotely tempted.
I did buy hubby a new shirt, poloshirt & 3 thermal t-shirts.
Went to Boots & picked up the Dove deodrant on bog off offer, handed over 2 vouchers and it took an extra £1.28 off my Soap & Glory wipes which were on offer at £2.66 so a bargain.
I then picked up a Leighton Denny crystal nail file have wanted one for ages, Sanctuary lip gloss half price & Soap & Glory travel bottle & tubs half price and paid with points so a no spend.
Went to TKMax and picked up a men's Burt's Bees kit for £5.99 (for my present stash) might give it to hubby as part of his birthday presents retails for £29.36 so another bargain.
Went to Milletts as they had a couple of good offers on items that I needed and bought my 2 man tent £20.00 & a 65 litre rucksack for £15.00 for when we go to Glastonbury festival.
Then took hubby for lunch all day breakfast, fish, chips & peas, 2 x bread & butter pudding with custard & 2 pints of lager for £12.00 which i thought was another bargain, christ I sound like the 'bargain' hunter of the century :rotfl:0 -
