    Evening girls.

Well I spoke too early! I can now confirm all men are b*star*ds (sorry :( ) my hearts been hurt tonight.

Sorry to hear abour your date Frog :(

No more relationships for me - now I am going to obtain myself a FWB or a dozen and just enjoy being in my early 20s :(:(:(

Oh no, what is the matter with men. So sorry you have been hurt, does he realise what he has done?

Perhaps I should have said I wanted a FWB, perhaps he would have turned up!

And who did I turn to? Sorry Anglea, I texted the muse. I just chatted to him about the film, said I had gone on to the cinema my own. Even the muse didn't turn up for our first date - he did explain why later, but has still never been to visit me, I ended up going to visit him and even then we met hours after we should have due to another 'explanation'

I think the problem is Frog, sorry to admit this, but men complain they want a lovely lady to come along, one that will treat them right etc etc etc when they do they dont know how to deal with it properly.

whether me and him will get back together remains to be seen - but maybe this is oman for tomorrow?

which might actually be sunday now as im soo busy tomorrow :(

Hope the weekend goes well for you.

I feel like giving up on men completely - I'd been upfront saying that I was just looking for a friend and he said that was what he wanted too. Wanted me to choose the film, and the time - said the time was not too early for him. Can't believe he's put me through this. Said on his profile, looking for a nice girl - and for a first date, go for a drink with a nice lady

NGlady, I can't believe that DeMan had the nerve to treat you so bad. That is not on.

Frogletina.............muse...............you know what I will be thinking.

Oh no guys...that's horrible!:mad::mad: So angry! Why do people not have the decency to say thanks but no thanks- or i've changed my mind!
NGlady- !!!!!! happened!!!!! Does he have a clue or is he just being man-like and callous? Don't be too rash hun.
I am in the same boat Frogletina- out of the two communications to the fwbs yesterday only one responded at 2pm today to say he was out of town on business- no how are you or anything!!!!:( So annoyed. I feel like a bunny boiler now. As for benefits boy- he is much like your muse- doesn't pick up when i call cos i am at his house and he is out (after he invited me)!!! Or doesn't respond to texts cos of no credit (or can'tbearsed-itis:mad:) And all this after he practically tried to jump me after i refused to be seduced on sunday night.

Problem is i am desperate- yes there i have said it- i want company- male company and i feel ashamed to admit it but there you have it!:o
I feel lonely and alone today.:(

Oh Ziggles, I really do understand as I have been feeling exactly the same as you

I think men sense my desperation and it scares them. They say things happen when you are not looking - but I wasn't looking for a few years and had no one to fight off then.

Oh well, I'm on holiday in a few weeks, and maybe time for another holiday fling.

    Hi all

    Hi CL how are you?

    Ziggles and Frogletina,

I think the reason you are not be attracting the right men is that you are still clinging onto the wrong ones. It's like having a lot of clutter in your house than can be useful somedays (if you can find it) but normally it's just a nuisance. You can't get anything new into the house because there isn't any room.

I had a friend that always attracting blokes like that, it was a pattern and in all the time I knew her, she never had a man that treated her well.

So you girls need to break the pattern. Break contact from your FWB's because let's face it, they aren't even a good friend let alone anything else.

You need to properly get rid off them. Don't keep them on the back burner as a last resort.

In gardening you need to clear the deadwood.

    Morning Ladies,

Just an update on the whole deman situation. We spent a lovely afternoon together yesterday, pretty much continued like we had never had an horrible fall out on Friday night and i have got to say it was lovely. We do have a couple of issues to work on - but together we can sort them out, there nothing major just a couple of things that makes the coggs in a relationship turn around. So we're back together and im very happy about this.

I have to agree with Anglea - out the badwood :( I used to do this, I was very lonely and any sniff of male attention I would hold on for dear life. You know what sorted it out? One of the guys I held onto got drunk and told me a couple of home truths... i know its easier said than done, but im sure your a gorgeous lady out him!!

    Afternoon all,

I've just been watching the London Marathon in awe. How do they do it... what amazing strength it must take - even for the 'ordinary' runners.

NG, I'm glad you got things sorted with DEman. I was surprised when I read something had happened, as it came so out of the blue. Sorry for calling him a plank, lol.

Positive point of this week: finally getting my desk upstairs- I was considering donating it back to the charity shop as it sat in the living room, tormenting me, for so long. But wow, what a task that turned out to be :o Now I need to actually get it off the top landing and into its proper place (which involves lots of tidying, hoovering, dusting, and general clearing everything up). At least it's on wheels so no more lifting!
