    HI :j

I shouldn't be here as I was supposed to be out by now so only a quickie.
    1. FE - hope you enjoy wearing your waistcoat
    2. NGlady - I really like that red top - so no bra underneath?
    3. If you buy summer clothes with your personal invitations, what happens if you lose weight?
    4. Do you text because you are one of those people that really enjoy chatting? Men don't usually enjoy chit chat like women do, so perhaps it's not stalking as such.
    5. Shopping with you and CL with returns - I'd need a health farm afterwards to get over the stress!

    bye :)

    Hi girls,

I returned today with yet another 'had to' purchase of a book, the upteenth in the past week :(

plus point - charity shop, cheap// some good info
minus - I've had exactly the same book about twice before  and when I bought it I actually thought it was a different one which was better - so a slight bad buy (aren't they all "rollseyes")

I think I need to start listing my purchases in full, in my notebook I just write 'charity shop' which could mean anything. I think the reality of all those book titles could give me a surprise.

Hope the rest of you have been good :)

NG: Yes, Primark does go up to an 18 in everything.

Anglea: Tried the waistcoat and hated the fit. Didn't realise the buttoned bit was cropped. Didn't buy it.

I did buy a pair of my favourite EVER plimsolls from Diesel half price in the sale; they're like Converse, but not tacky. I have a pair of black and a pair of white in the hi-top, but I saw the actual plimsolls in white and got the last pair left in my size which will look great with summer dresses etc and was something I needed so am really pleased with that. :)

No frivolous spends here, only food (necessities and a couple of small treats-probably offset by my downgrade on certain items)! We go away on Monday and am determined to spend as little as possible.

Oh thats good that they go up to an 18 - shall have to have a looksie :)
Did you get the waistcoat FE?

Right question time girls - also advise. I am wanting to find next week the perfect first date outfit. The sort of outfit that every woman should have that when in doubt they put on and feel glamerous - could be worn for a meal or to the cinema... any ideas?

    Hi all

NG, If you go for a meal wear something that has a lot of give in case you feel a bit full, I always remember having to pull down my zip whenever I was going out to dinner. Perhaps a tooth pick would be useful to use in the ladies if necessary! I used to have a phobia about food getting stuck in my teeth LOL

Cinema - think of your shoes in case you get in late and it's dark - I remember a very funny time with ex. It was one of the first times I'd been down to his home town (we lived 300 miles from each other) and we went to the cinema and the film had already started. I've always been dodgy with stairs and slopes so when we had to walk right towards the front to find a seat, I created a drama of my own from my fear of falling over :)

Just writing all that is making me feel anxious, that goodness I don't plan to meet anyone else.

I wonder if I could ask you ladies for some dieting advise?
I have had quite an upsetting wake up call this evening - in the sence of nothing I own actually fits me that well. If I am careful and really change myself I could be a size 14 for my holiday, which would be so fantastic I can't put words to it.
A family member has a exercise bike so I am putting that in the garage and doin that for half an hour a day.
I am doing a take on the special Kay diet - cereal for breckie ceral at dinner - then I am having a fruit box for morning break salad box for aft break free cals. But I need dinners too - any ideas of what I could be having?

Mr sheffield isn't anymore - long uninteresting story.

NGlady - sorry to hear about Mr Sheffield :(

I think on those cereal food plans it's usually protein and cooked veggies for the evening.

Also make sure you have enough fibre normally in your diet, it's recommended about 60 gms which is miles more than most people eat - the more you 'go' the faster you lose weight. If you want to know more about this read up about the F Plan diet.

And here's a diet tip - if you are eating, put black paper or cloth under your plate or use a black plate. Also put the black paper anywhere you normally eat, and under snacks, in the fridge etc. It can put you right off eating!

Thanks Angela :) Have had a very active today with very low fat foods - I am going to have a dish of strawberries and watch tele in a moment :)

Not to worry about Mr Sheffield - I decided it wasn't to work for me, I don't want to have to travel to a man all the time, costs too much and to be honest its too time consuming. There may be a Mr Derby on the arrizon haha.

Well - I am going liverpool on Wedesday... can't wait. Decided I am not buying any clothes, unless I really fall in love with something in which case it'll be brought as a size 16. I am on the look out for a nice new dressy watch :) and maybe some perfume. Do need some more leggings though as I live in them out of work and they get bobbly quick but im returning some thingsto next so will buy out of that :)

Managed to save £130 for Liverpool in the end... plus £30 returns. Going to put £40 of wages into my shopping pot. It's going to have to be something like a low fat subway for dinner :) and possibly another very low fat food item for on the train back as I won't be eating big stoggy meals :)
