The 'cancel' tab on my order is shaded out so I can't click on it! How did the other cancellees do it? By phone?

I want to order again using my card instead of silly PayPal! My current order is scheduled for delivery next Thursday.

My friend ordered the blonde sets yesterday around 3pm and paid by card. She got a dispatched confirmation and tracking number last night ! She isn't registered here but wanted to say a big thank you to OP for such a good find. Let's see what my friend will get; there are lots of positive feedback re blonde sets!

Yeah- I rang up the 014 number (it's earlier in this thread) and just told them that I needed the money back so could they cancel my order - woman did it whilst I was on the phone to her and got the email straight away

Just thought i would let you know i phoned cs last night around 6pm and was told 2 new parcels would be sent. Got them this morning at 9.30am roughly i got exact same 2 sets that i had got previously this time they were properly packed and not damaged

Still no big shampoos in the shine set but nevermind

I used my colour shampoo & conditioner today, they are nice products. My hair is light brown with blonde and brown colours, in good condition (not dry) Its left my hair really silky and shiny, its possibly left my hair a bit too silky leaving little body in the top but I have very fine long hair. My hair type can look 'weighed down' and feel greasy if the conditioner is over conditioning but this one doesn't leave a nasty residue and washes out well. Was also easy to comb when wet, not tangly at all.

The Ultimate gloss mist (came in the blonde set but also comes in the Ultimate set) has 2 layers in the bottle one of which is oil and you shake to mix, is a lovely spray but not really suitable on fine hair, its too oily on my hair but if used on thicker or dry/ very dry hair i think it would be a good product, I might try this again in the summer maybe on holiday when my hair gets a bit dryer from the sun.

For my hair type the Beautiful blonde shine and control spray is a lighter product for shine I am going to use this instead of the ultimate gloss mist. I would be happy to use this brand as a daily product but if I were going out I would use my usual Aussie products as it gives my hair more body.

HTH anyone making up presents from their stash to make up a pack for receivers hair type and also decide what to keep for your own needs.

I will try the straightening balm next wash...did not want to put this on before I saw what the results are like with the shampoo & conditioner alone.

Hi i ordered the ultimate shine sets and got 2 large conditioners + 1 small
2 small shampoos and the spray on ultimate shine (large) in each set

I ordered on Wednesday and picked mine up from the PO this morning - I got:
* shine set containing 2 large shampoo, 2 large conditioner, 1 leave in conditioner, 1 x shampoo mini and 1 x conditioner mini
* blonde set containing 1 large shampoo, 1 large conditioner, 2 x gloss mist, 1 x straightening balm, 1 x shine and control spray
* colour set containing 1 x shampoo, 2 x condioner, 2 x mini shampoo, 1 x mini conditioner.

I was expecting no large shampoo in the shine set so was pleasantly surprised...maybe its just the luck of the draw? x
