changed my mind, phoned them and very easy to deal with 2 new packs being sent out for delivery tomorrow.

I asked if i gave them the damaged items they said just to bin them does that mean that i keep the other items which are not faulty along with both new sets? As woman didnt even ask for what was damaged?

Can I ask, all who paid with Paypal and still haven't received, are your paypal accounts verified? Apparently they won't ship to unverified addresses.

I cancelled my Paypal orderlast night and reordered paying by card only just got dipatch note and its being delivered by Parcel Force thought it a bit strange as everyone on here seems to be getting UPS delivery?:cool:

My paypal account is verified. I have just checked it; money's been sent through and ebuyer account order shows 'payment taken'. That's all! I ordered on Tuesday late afternoon.

I've just rang up and cancelled my order - said I had a problem with my wages and needed the money back. Woman was really nice and said that my money will be back in a few days. I'm going to keep an eye on this forum though and if it seems to sort itself out I might order again on Monday. I had an ETA of Thursday so even if I order then, choose supersaver delivery but dont pay by paypal I should get it for the same date!!!

Mine is and as an ebay seller i had money in my account, so they received it instantly, this was 1st Monday morning!. He more or less told me over the phone that paying with paypal delays your order and paying with credit card gets dealt with instantly.....so bear that in mind in future as had it not been for the fact there was 100's of stock i probably would not get my order.
But i guess its a good deal so cant complain....well unless i get a carp deal when it arrives!

Mine is too, money was taken straight away on 2nd Feb.
Order still says "Payment taken" and I ordered around 8am on Tuesday morning.

It's a complete p!ss take that the orders are delayed just because you've paid by PayPal. :mad:
I've never known a website like it!
They at least shouldn't take the dosh until they've dispatched the goods - like most companies!
