    Well I called
    Got a very nice young lady

    I explained there was 1 item missing from one set
    Was put on hold for maybe 30 seconds
    Came back & said I have arranged to resend that to you mam (is the call centre in US ) you will have your items tomorrow
    To your billing address will there be anything else I can help you with today ?
    I said would you like me to box this set up for collection ?
    No mam its such a low value item it would cost more to collect it,you may keep it
    Have a nice day

    As she didn't question which set was missing an item I wonder what shes sent me ?????


    My husband will think iv'e gone stark raving blonde & shiny bonkers lol


    Why on earth are they so nice to some people and awful to others (me :() she has prob just duplicated your order

    My order has arrived.
    It's safe to say that i now have enough Shampoo, conditioner and shine spray the last me through a nuclear holocaust! Okay slight over reaction, but you know what i mean, i hope.

    I ordered 6 Ultimate shine sets.
    In each set i got..
    2 Full sized Conditioners
    1 Full sized Shine Spray
    2 Travel Sized Shampoos
    1 Travel Sized Conditoner

    "Thank you for your contact with our Customer Support Team.

    I apologise for the delay in responding to your enote.

    I have looked into this for you and i can advise we do not specify which items you will receive in each package, as we cannot guarantee this. We receive them when they are already packed, which is why we are unable to specify what will be in each package.

    If you require any further assistance please don't hesitate to contact us.

    I would have mentioned that the line that says that wasnt there when you ordered (if it wasnt)

    They have decided to offer me a free delivery voucher thing, so I am considering getting some brunette ones just so I have some shampoo....undecided yet though, but after this promo I doubt I will be using ebuyer again unless the item is certain...

    Sounds like you got the same girl I did. She was lovely! And yes, she duplicated the entire order, still no full size shampoos!

    Yup it does indeed seem that lying would have been the better option than pointing out where their website is clearly illegal :eek:

    I got a few replies to the email...all the same thing "thanks for pointing out our fault but although were being nice to other people, we arent willing to do anything for you......."

    really is annoying and is tainting the (fab) bargain. I rang them earlier saying a couple of friends had ordered the packs and since told me when they called they were sent out extra boxes and got the reply "we cant discuss other members orders with you, they must have had other circumstances as we will not send new boxes out to you for this reason"

    Yeah but surely not the WHOLE order

    3 Mark Hill sets and
    1 Epson cartridge at £30 + :eek:


    Now that would be money saving but at that rate ebuyer may end up on the bankruptcy board here
