I've had an email to say my order has been despatched now too. Am frantically trying to use up as much shampoo and conditioner as possible.

(and also find a good hiding place so hubby doesn't think I've gone mad!)

I just received my 8 orders! Shine and Colour care has no large shampoos,blonde and brunette sets both have 2 large shampoos in! A bit annoying as the sets without shampoo are the ones my mum wanted so she has no shampoo in her 3 boxes! Not sure if its worth complaining or not?:(

Well I've finally received mine and although the shine sets could have been better I am pleased with this bargain...i got...

3 x shine sets
2 x large conditioner
1 x large spray shine mist
1 x small conditioner
2 x small shampoos

But was very pleased with
2 xbrunette sets
2 x large shampoos (yippee)
1 x large conditioner
1 x large volumising conditioner with blue packaging so assume from a different range
1 x small shampoo
1 x small conditioner.
So all in all am pleased ,although whoever puts these boxes up must be a bit of a goon.

I have just received my order.

No large shampoos in any of the 2 shine sets, bit disappointed with that, but after everybody else saying what they got, It was what I was expecting.

Very pleased with the Brunette set, only ordered one of these, wish I had ordered more.
2 large shampoo
2 large conditioner,both different
I small shampoo
I small conditioner

I ordered 4 sets (one each) & paid by paypal last Tuesday.

I received them this morning. Blonde & Brunette sets are fab (2 large shampoo & 2 conditioner plus 2 small sprays/conditioner/shampoo. Colour & Ultimate sets got 2 large conditioners, 1 large mist spray, colour protector spray, small size conditioner/shampoo.

Would def order some more brunette sets as they are good for natural or coloured hair!
A bit disappointed with ultimate & colour sets but have to remind myself that it's still such a great bargain anyway (I would have still paid more than £2.50 incl P&P for a set of products in any shop on high street incl 3 for 2 offer in boots). :j

I did phone and they have already dispatched 4 replacement boxes ,they said theres no guarentee i will get shampoo but im pleased!!:j

I cannot believe how completely different they are dealing with my position that everyone elses!!! I called regarding the missing shampoo, got fobbed off, emailed them, they thanked me for the email, changed the description (yes thanks to me!!!) and they STILL refuse to send out more boxes to me.....I really dont understand it!!!!

I understand that this is cheeky but could someone who has had their boxes resent out let me know their order number (I obviously wont be able to access any details with it as they ask your details for security purposes) so that I can say what they have done for my 'friend'

Its really starting to annoy me how they are listening to other people and yet not me, even though they did what I suggested and thanked me......I want what everyone else has been offered

Well I called
Got a very nice young lady

I explained there was 1 item missing from one set
Was put on hold for maybe 30 seconds
Came back & said I have arranged to resend that to you mam (is the call centre in US ) you will have your items tomorrow
To your billing address will there be anything else I can help you with today ?
I said would you like me to box this set up for collection ?
No mam its such a low value item it would cost more to collect it,you may keep it

As she didn't question which set was missing an item I wonder what shes sent me ?????
