wow I look at 80 days and think it doesn't seem such a long time, but this year feels like it's flying past, almost worry that I might be in danger of not making my deadline of fixing my life in only 365 days (285 left!)...
this evening I went round to a friends house after work, to be honest I was so tired I almost didn't go but in the end I'm glad I did as it was a good laugh (and I bumped into another ex on the way...thats three ex's since saturday  I am so being stalked!). we started talking about numerology and a book she'd read many years ago, she then started working out our numbers (another friend was there too) from our birthdates and announces me as a number 8, fair enough...until she started translating the meaning (it was in bulgarian), by all accounts 8 is the money number and everything I touch turns to money (well not quite but it's improved since I joined here).
all things material are important to me, I should give up on dreams (well I already had). she also said something alone the lines of a career in money and that I need to know all the facts and laws about money...oh and that 27 is my year (I o hope she meant 2007 lol), so in a year and a half I'll be minted
Was really wanting to come straight home to bed but felt I had to come on here and report this excellent financial news before I fall asleep and forget all about it!0 -
Funny the number 3 didn't come up....for the ex's I mean

you two are somewhat crazy!!! If I bumped into another 8 exes I'd probably climb into bed and never get up again! they are exes for a very good reason, they either didn't make me happy or were total butt holes! (wonder if this site allows me to say butt????)0

I am so close to the top of my budget I'm banging my head on it
So far this week I've spent £23.39 of £25. I'm supposed to be going to a friends house for dvd's tonight and I was going to spend £5 on pizza, which means an over spend, but that friend hasn't gotten in touch as yet about it, so I may not be going now? hate when folk don't get in touch... anyway I guess on this count there is good news and bad news either way, besides it is only a couple of pound over spend which isn't bad on the scale of things.
It's been a long week again, worked 45.5 hours which is an extra 8 hours over all, 5.5 of them I get at time and a half. If I had the energy right now I could probably work out how much I'll get paid next friday but I'm half asleep. Maybe after food (if I'm still here) I'll be mentally capable...hang on thats the wrong words, I'm NEVER that! :rotfl:
Should be a fairly cheap weekend, not out at all and absolutely NO crazy shopping trips on my cc!0 -

this feels like the longest month of the year!!! but thankfully on thursday I should get my payslip so I can start planning next months finances and put it into motion on friday.
As my cc bill is due on the fifth of april and I get paid on the friday it's a bit too tight money wise, I've got £100 of the £250 in the bank at the mo, have applied to extend my od by £250 which will more than cover the rest if it comes out in time, if not i'll pay as much as I can and make a second payment, if I get charged interest it'll only be a pound or two which I can about live with. I'd be ok if I'd not gone away last month as thats what I'm now paying for
Personal life wise, I need to start making changes now a I'm really feeling down and I can't put it off any longer. I'm going to do less hours at work this week and try and get into the gym a couple of times, it's been over two weeks since I last did anything other than walk  and it's not as if I've managed to keep my diet in check either! tonight I'm having my crisps during jack as usual then as of tomorrow I'm getting my finger out and NOT eating anything remotely bad until next friday when I have my payday chinese
It's been a week now since the whole dj thing blew up and I admit I'm struggling to move on, it's not been a good week at all and thats not helping any. That all changes tomorrow too.
It was my turn last night for the drunk call from my little sister. She was at a psychic at the start of the week and was given a message for me. The woman told her there was an older lady there, like my dad's dad but not...to some that wouldnt make any sense but my mum and her oh have been together since I was five. when we were younger we asked his folks if we could call them grandma and grandpa and to this day we still call his father granda andy. Unfortunatly days after my 15th bday while we were in florida (our first holiday together) our 'grandma' angela passed away from angina. I'm sad to say I have very few memories of her and can't even picture her face, but I was very young. the psychic said the name ann or anna was there. well this older lady wanted my sister and I to know that she did love us. she also knew my sister was having a hard time and made some comments about that, but she said 'your sister is having a hard time too', she said some things about not letting myself get down over it and that one day I will be loved by someone worthy of me, she was adamant that I was to know I am loved.
After telling me this (I'm already in tears) my sister then spent ten minutes telling me how amazing I am and how it's no wonder I have a love of stars as I am one and I shine through all my troubles blah blah blah. I was sobbing once I sent her back to the karaoke!0 -

it's ok, really. as of tomorrow life starts going forward again, I'm tired of being in limbo. I'm getting myself gym time and study time for college (the week just flies by!). I'm going to also make me time as I've let myself 'go' this past week (my legs look like a yeti's  or rather the abominable snowman, must start using the johnsons again!).
got a big night out on saturday, or rather several nights out I'm going to spread myself around (thats sooo not a pretty image lol) and I'm going to be in my new white skirt (xmas pressie I've never worn) so I need to feel a million dollars...actually I'll go for pounds so I'm worth more0
