Have a good day! I love that you make lists - I do too, it makes me more organised and less likely to forget things :) Are we going to see pictures of this dress? :)

i need to do lists, i have the attention span of a three year old child coupled with the dementia of a sixty year old so i get very little done if i don't! lups i like feeling organised too, makes me feel like a i achieve summit when i tick them all off.

am on the second to last duvet on the ironing and the bed is stripped with the sheet on just waiting for duvets and pillows! and i'm eating breakfast bagels at the same time!

yeah you'll get to see pics of this dress, will be getting my mum to take a good one to show the kind benefactor so i'll fire it up here too.

well thats my list of things to do done :j couldnt call scottish power as they are shut for the weekend so i'll do it monday.
as for fabric just had a look through, i've got a silver and a green that goes with the dress but not the shoes so i'll look out the pattern and remind myself how much i need then take the shoes into town and get fabric, am sure i worked out i only needed 30cm of fabric and lining then a couple of mt of ribbon so it won't cost much :j

smelly mel should be here [STRIKE]three hours ago[/STRIKE] any minute so i'll be off into town shortly.

well i've pretty much finished my lists fo things to do today, banana bread is all wrapped up for dad...must not eat! and the house is in a fairly respectable shape. the washing is all dried/ironed and put away except a couple of towels that will be done by the morning.

so now i'm thinking im gonna grab a shower and get dressed then nip down to asda and get some munchies for jack tonight. i have £1.05 left in my purse from my crazy spending last week so it won't even have to come out of this weeks budget. plus it means an hours walk which is good exercise and fresh air since i've not gone outside today.

hope you've all had fab days

well thats me back from my couple of days away. it was expensive and not as much fun as i'd hoped, tho there were a couple of spectacular moments....however the fun always has to come to an end....but not quite yet! :rotfl:

i have a works night out tonight and i'm really really looking forward to it. this is the big blow out of my holidays, after this i have tomorrow and sunday to get myself back into the debt busting/fat bustin and general life improving frame of mind. and once again im resolving to try that bit harder. my wages went into the bank today and as it was a five week month i'm a bit more solvent than i'd thought i would be (plus £50 up on my estimated total). so tomorrow i'm sitting down and sorting out all my crap financially, making plans for the next five weeks and getting back into a routine of work/gym/eat well/keep shining! it's a tough life but someone has to do it!

did one good thing today, the two suitcases i bought for going away, i took them back for a refund today, took the smaller one and the stitching started coming away on it, so thats £30 less on my credit card :D

right i'm off to start drinking and making myself beautiful for this evening. each of the three work nights out we've had so far have been absolute crackers and generally have led to much trouble and laughs so i have high hopes for this evening. i've got about £40 left of my holiday money in my purse which should do me, but i might take out another £20 if needs be.

well if anyone fancies joining me in a few drinks and shots and dancing around the living room while i get ready rock on over....sorry but i don't have arevolving dancefloor in my living room....yet!
