You call that ironing??? My bed sheets have less wrinkles after a saturday night IN ;)

It was a good-ish weekend, wasn't the kind of night I would normally enjoy (in a church!!! no bar!!! and scottish country dancing!!!), but my granda had a great time which is what it was all about. Did however take the chance to catch up with my cousins who I really don't see enough.

You are about to get pm about that ironing though, think I need another favour to make up for the shoddy work! :rotfl:

today's not a good day, well rather the day was good the evening wasn't. It wasn't even the exam itself that went bad, that was ok, it was everything after...oh I'm not going into it I don't even understand why it's upset me so. but I'm sat in tears, I'm just so tired of fighting the world by myself.

I'd give everything and anything to have someone here for me. It's been one if those days where I want to end it wrapped in the arms of an angel. Instead I'll be in the cold mattress on the floor with only my teddy bear ro comfort me. I try so hard to be strong and independent and thats how all my friends see me but thats not the real me and sometimes it gets so hard trying.

I need a little peace but I can't see it ever happening, there is always another problem cropping up, some other emergency I need to deal with. I'm beginning to doubt that paying off my debts and having more money isn't gonna solve any of my problems, for a while I had myself convinced that I'd be happier then, but now I'm in such a better place than I can remember being, yet I feel no better in myself for it.

On the 16th it'll be exactly a year since my ex moved out of my life. I don't miss him, I know that much. I was so unhappy at the end and I thought being by myself would make me happier. since then I've lost over a stone in weight, dropping two dress sizes in the process, paid off more than half of my debt (after having my lbm), gotten a new job...but I don't really believe I could honestly say I'm any happier now than I was then.

I don't know what else I can do? I think I'm gonna make a cuppa tea and go to bed, not get up early and see what tomorrow brings. guess I can only hope it's better than today.

im going to start a diary like yours (on paper though, not on here!!) as you have inspired me to write down all my achievements - however small - and they ARE all achievements, so well done you.

thank you very much my dear, it's not been a good couple of weeks debt bustin wise but I'm just trying to keep the spends low, just finished my second week within budget and I'm really happy with that for now. Got some scary hours coming up at work for the next few weeks so I won't be on here quite so much, but I'm just thinking of all that extra money I'll get come the 30th of march...am going to have such a big booze up as well as paying off a heap of debt fingers crossed.

well done you for clearing your biggest debt, it's a good feeling isn't it? where did you get to on holidays? someplace lovely I hope!!!

    xxx
