Just finished Time Delay Firming Daily Moisturiser: wiba? YES, YES, YES! unfortunately it has been discontinued -boo hiss to Boots - I scooped 3 pots at £2.45 & this is the last.

Oh well, starting the No7 sort-of-firming cream next : the TD one was like a facelift in a jar so without it I'll look like this: :( all day
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.
  • Morning everyone we're all doing soooo well

    (apart from Boots shares LOL)

I finished a mahoosive bottle of TRESemme conditioner last night, and ive had zero spend so far in Feb toothbrushes for my girls i paid for out of my points, (which is my only 'spend')

Have also made just over £100 on ebay selling various toiletries since starting this challenge aswell :D:D

My girls just asked me what i want for Mothers Day i asked them for bird seed, think they know im being serious about clearing my stash now LOL

    Keep going ladies :)

I couldn't join a no more books thread, I just couldn't; sorry. :o we reckon as a family we have more books than our admittedly very small local rural library. We're planning house purchase based on room for ur stuff and books, not on what we need (there are two of us, technically we could fit in a one bed or studio...)
  • tara pm me your ebay name, I want to hve a looksie at what you're selling :) shhhh
*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*
No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!

It is awful when your fave product is discontinued, why do they do it? Hope the No7 stuff works just as well xoxoxo

    Hello LIR

you have hit the nail on the head here. Scents are so evocative for me, they really stir deep emotions for me. For years I could not bear the scent of fresh cut flowers. I would never pass a florist. (That goes back to losing my older brother when he was only 18 and I was just 13 the smell of the funeral wreaths and bouquets haunted me). Yet I love the smell of flowers in a garden especially Roses because they bring back memories of my Mum and her lovely garden.

I think it was Mags who asked me why there was no perfume in my stash.
Someone else mentioned working with someone who's perfume was overpowering and disgusting. I have a real fear of wearing a perfume that someone dislikes so I tend not to wear any Although I am sure all my lotions and potions have their own scent. Does anyone esle worry about that? Or is another one of my oddities. I know a really nice girl who I bump into on the train. If I can avoid her though, I will because the perfume she wears makes me feel sick. I am sure it is a very expensive one because she is very designer.

Also I should mention I have a massive stash of essential oils:o

Last Friday evening my friends husband said to me, "That perfume is quite strong, have you just topped it up in the car?" I replied "No, I put this on at 7am this morning!"
It must have been really strong all day, no wonder no-one came into my office to see me :(
8 months to go till end of the IVA :j:rotfl::T
