I'm just checking out all your hoarding tendencies and I don't think I hoard anything yet. Maybe a few books here and there... but when I get too many and specially stuff I know I'm never going to read I hand them into the charity shop. I hate the idea of people throwing books away so I'll always give them a good home
Would certainly agree with this! Someone told me that in the cold weather some people were buying cheap books from charity shops and using them on fires :eek::eek:
I'm half way through the 1st book in the True Blood series and finding it a bit slow but thats only because I've seen the 1st series on tv and know whats happening. Theres enough differences for me to carry on though and it's not identical to the tv. I'm waiting for my Dad to finish Truman Capote, In Cold Blood because he thinks I'll like it... hopefully I'll time it perfectly for finishing this 1st bookHaven't watched the series yet so hopefully will help with the reading
I didn't get round to painting my nails, I fell asleep on the couch instead and now I can't be bothered... it's not even Monday anymore lol.
While I'm here what are GWP vouchers? I've seen it mentioned a few times and I'm scared I'm missing out on somethingGift with purchase, you most certainly do not need it
BTW you's lot can gossip for England, it's took me ages to get to the end of the thread... which is probably the middle again by now :rotfl:welshangel wrote: »See for me this is a lot of the reason why I owe so much.
My parents have never had money, ever. Everything they had went on bills, and us.
Now I am in a good job I tend to either buy her things, from sweets and small things to a washing machine/tv etc.
Also with her being on a very low income, I feel that I need to support her to, so all my spare money used to go to her. I have had to stop that for the moment, but I feel so very guilty when I can't send her home some money.
Anyway...moving on...

Don't suppose you have Sophie Kinsellas "Twenties Girl" or "Intimiate adventures of a london call girl" that you are wating rid of??loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
butler_helen wrote: »ooooh yes books- and they all have to have the same style cover from the same re-issue. Right now it's Val McDermid and Kate Atkinson, until I read them all it was M C Beaton and Jill Mansell. Although I have had to have a massive clear out! I've dished books out all over the place and have donated loads more to charity.
I used to have loads of books, but mostly I'll only read paperbacks once so they all go on readitswap on a one in one out basis! If I want to reread something, it's still easy to get hold of again. New books for the price of the postage.
QUOTE]Forgot to say, I used up a brown hair conditioner today. WIBA? No. Smells nice ish but I've used nicer. I've also used up my natural collection mascara so I'm onto my No7 mini from the chainmail bag. It's ok, doesn't irritate my eyes like some do. I find the brush a little bit odd, anyone else find that?[/QUOTE]
Yes, me! My usual L'Oreal mascara has nearly finished and I was planning to use up this mini next. Annoying rod thing...I've been shoving the L'Oreal brush in instead!!0 -

Yes!!!!! This needs to be a thread!!! :j:rotfl:chickywiggle wrote: »Have you seen readitswapit.co.uk??? I love it (well I would if poeple would swap me the books I actually WANT!).. Chickywiggle, I use readitswapit too but am getting a bit fed up of it. I have Twenties Girl and possibly Intimate Adventures of a Call Girl (may have lent to a friend) that I would be happy to lend you if you'd like? You'd be welcome to borrow for as long as you want as I've read them. Wasn't over impressed with Twenties Girl compared to Sophie Kinsella's other stuff. PM me if you'd like to borrow!
Am going to sleep now, have a 10 hour shift at work and an evil ear infection. Am looking forward to spending an hour catching up with this thread tomorrow :rotfl:.
