today I finished off a FCUK body souffle...WIBA....It smells lovely, and did make my skin smell nice after too, so Yes I probably would
Also an Avon body Yoghurt..WIBA..NO, think its discountinued now anyway, I think I agree with Tara, this challenge has defo made me realise I am a body butter girl
Also a pack of facial wipes used up. So not too bad...
this challenge is enlightening...I'm finding out what I do like and what I don't, and even if something is cheap or on offer at Avon or somewhere, I'm now thinking that I would rather use the money and buy nice stuff, like S&G, No7, Sanctuary etc..and not end up in the mess I'm in now, desperately trying to use up unwanted/unliked stuff...Come ride with me, through the veins of history...
I'll show you how God falls asleep on the job.

hello mandymoo
i agree, this challenge has shown me how i manage to convince myself how much i need something and how bored i get with stuff so end up buying stuff when i am only half way through one already opened. i am very close to using up a moisturiser and a shower gel. Will be a test of strength on sat as i am going to a bigger shopping centre to get birthday present for MiL. have decided to see if i can blag some of the clarins freebies - as thats not spending is it...:rotfl:trying hard to be debt free by the end of 20100 -
Oh I can't believe its nearly March and I have only just come accross this thread. I soooo need to be in on this challenge. I have a 4 tier drawer cabinet in my airing cupboard which is full of lotions and potions, plus two drawers of a 4 drawer stacking cabinet in my spare room (one drawer has nail varnishes in it and the other make up) plus I have a cupboard in my bathroom stocked with shampoos, conditioners, liquid soap and toothpaste in it. I have a serious addiction to boots:eek:
The worst thing is that in the past two years I have hardly used any cosmetics/products and have kind of let myself go (keeping clean obviously but not spending enough time pampering, moisturing etc), and as a result have lost a lot of my self confidence.
So as of tonight I am going to get sorted with a new beauty regime and use up some of my stuff. Will read back the rest of the thread over the next few nights to catch up.0 -

I succumed to that body set in the body shop ( Was £30, down to £15, £10 with free delivery after the code thingy) BUT its for my mums mothers day present - shes been trying to use up all her things, but she doesnt have much that smells nice - its all unperfumed,so Im hoping that shes going to like it. Didnt realise that it comes in a proper posh tin - its actually REALLY nice !! Havent opened it at all though - hope it smells as good as it looks !!
Think thats it in spends though - Ive only bought things that I have needed, been very VERY tempted by things, but so far managed to not be naughty ( yet !!!!)Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
Well, I'm sitting here in the dark on my own sniggering at some of the comments. (I'm at work btw!)
I'm applying my lippy every 1/2 hour (and it's not getting any smaller).
I was hoping to report another used up today but it's got some left so hopefully tomorrow.
Was brushing my teeth earlier and there's only 1/4 of the tube left (+1 in stock) and I found myself getting sweaty thinking about having to buy more before the end of lent. Then I realised that it would last waaaaaaay beyond that, so phew!Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -
