    Ok

Theory is that your machines clean (I hope)
So the only things left that are making it a blank screen are (hopefully) in that list above

Turn off Spybots 'TEA TIMER' mode ~
    Open Spybot
    Change Mode (Top) to ADVANCED
    Select TOOLS then RESIDENT
UNTICK 'Resident TEA TIMER' (Leave 'SD Helper' TICKED)

DISABLE all these from starting up ~
    yes hkcu:run spybotsd teatimer cprograms files\spybot- searchanddestroy\teatimer.exe
yes hkcu:run creative live! cam manager cprograms file\creative\creativelive cam\live cam manager\ctlcmgr.exe
    yes hkcu:run superantispyware cprograms\filessuperantispyware\superantispyware.e xe

Now the one in bold is the one im leaning towards causing the problem

So id suggest disabling that 1st then try it
If no good disable all those above
If still no good disable the lot

Just a thought, is it possible that the driver for the display is corrupt, so that in safe mode it uses a generic driver, but in normal startup it tries to use the corrupt driver?

I'm a desktop man and in the case of something like this would boot to safe mode with networking then

Click Start and then click Control Panel in the Control Panel, click System and in the System Properties dialog box, click the Hardware tab.
Click Device Manager, and in the Device Manager dialog box, click to expand the Display adaptors
Click the display adaptor and on your keyboard, press DELETE.
In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
On the taskbar, click Start and then click Shut Down.
In the Shut Down Windows dialog box, click the ARROW and click Restart.
    Log on to Windows.
Windows detects that your display driver is not installed and auto-installs it for
you. (Follow the prompts, if any.) Your monitor display will flicker several times.
Reboot your computer in normal Windows mode.

If this fails it might require updating/replacing the current display drivers

Now unfortunately I am going out shortly (work - still someone has to do it!), so would suggest await any response from aliEnRIK as he has taken you a long way down the road, so good luck will log back in later
