Goto DEVICE MANAGER and uninstall the graphics driver

Reboot and see if that works then

Also let us know if there are any 'yellow exclamation' marks next to any devices

Ideally I need a complete list of all the 'start up items'

    Download CCLEANER
    http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds/downloading-slim
Run the CLEANER scan (UNTICK 'cookies')
Then run the REGISTRY scan (Backup the registry when it asks)
    Goto TOOLS and STARTUP

Its not a nice way of doing it but I really need you to type out all the information on all the startup items (Or could could post pics if you know how to)

    Also ~

When you try to boot normally how far does it get? Is the 'windows flag' page loading or does it not get anywhere?

With the information on screen visible you can press the 'print screen' button

Then open 'paint' (Built in windows program) and PASTE the picture to there
Then you can SAVE the picture as a .jpg image

Then you need to goto a 'hosting 'site (Photobucket for example)
    Upload the image there

On this forum you can click the 'insert image' icon and use the url of the image

    for example ~
    ccleaner2.jpg

    I 'inserted' the url ~
