Managed to clear the ash out of the woodburner. Off to get the post since DD1's birthday, she has developed a keen interest in the post!
eta thanks, keys problem is although I'm the bossy one, he's way way brighter than me and always has a logical killer reason why he doesn't have to see doc.
Thanks, too, Greenbee for PMs.Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -
Just finished what I needed to get done today (well, not everything, but at least I got one thing out of the way!), so I'm packing up and leaving the office. I'm not looking foward to spending the whole of next week here
but I suspect I'll get used to it!
I've missed something - not sure where you are?DS's football fixture sheet has been dropped through the door.
Apparently courtesy cars are now available for thje uise of players and their families, supplied by Toyota. And the boys have been advised not to bring their girlfriends along to watch as John Terry might well drop by
.Hazel appears to have caught her breakfast.. it 'looks' like a starling.. but could wll be a baby mammoth.. she is proudly strutting around the garden with her kill
Morning all
Quiz was fun last night
DS3 at Mums and have spoken to him and he is much better
DS2 now appears to have DS3's throat bug
Plan for the weekend:
Dust/wipe 3 kids bedrooms
prunning of next door garden
HHC in our front garden
move box of books
General dailies/WM/ironing
DS3 party this afternoon, taking 6 of them bowling and then back here for sausages/pizza/jelly and cake - haven't made the cake - that will be first after my shower!
Grateful - hugs for you. Had DH just got up when he collapsed? Could be BP. My sister used to collapse in stressful situations - she had a brain scan and was fine. It could be something simple and therefore the Doctor can put his mind at rest. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Keys - the pedals go backwards easily so she needs a lot of strength to go forwards. I'd have her put her feet on the pedals and push her along so that her legs start to get the message. Starting off is the hardest part so get some momentum going for her. Maybe a slight hill if you are right there running with her. How old is she? Is the saddle low enough for her to get enough pressure on the down push? If it is really low she may find it easier to stand slightly if she has stabilisers. Good luckThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

have been MIA due to a busy week, got a student (PGCE) who is lovely but it does take up quite a lot of time to support her...still someone did it for me .....must say my house is not too bad, DD keeps loading the dishwasher and folding the laundry and generally is helping to keep the place tidy, her bedroom is soooooooooo much better than before she moved out and back in again, I can at least walk across the floor now without fearing for my life!!LOL, off to the tip to get rid of some assorted crap, might actually be able to get in my garage then!!LOLGo hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last0

Been doing some more research for the ironing business and got my own website now. I found a really good tool last night where you can do a free survey so have filled one of them out and had good responses. If any of you lovely Flyladies would like to fill it out I'd be really grateful; I know what I think would be good but it may not be the same as what people actually want! Just click on the link: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ZVDR27J Many thanks
[/QUOTE]
Survey Done , Ive often thought about doing this also , doesnt help the fact I dont enjoy ironing thow ....:rotfl: So its defiantely a service I would use if I needed it , So loads of luck with it , you should do really well Mum
Mumof2 Also do you have to pay to sign up for the survey site ? As I have a bussiness idea that is still half being set up for my local area but being able to add a survey would be great for me . Apart from on here where else do you advertise the survey ? as my idea is also a service door to door , but mine is more seasonal but with different services being offered at different times of the year locally , and id love some feedback on the price ranges i have in mind , so I think this site could be really helpful for me .?Ebay Bag A Day Challenge 2012- :staradmin

dusty he had just got up, yes. But he had also had a skinful last night, and I think it was not unrelated to that!
He's still asleep, but feeling dizzy.
Emptied the bin, and was confronted by our Christmas tree still sitting in the back yard. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -
