  • Good morning everyone  DH has taken DS to swim club, and DD is in the sitting room with 4 girls after a sleepover.
PenPen - DH is having a nibble of your muffins?!!!! LOL

Whh is that funny - he's eating cake *confused smilie* :D:p

I've been musing on Jaffa Cake Muffins after everyone's reaction yesterday :A How about splitting them, filling with HM marmalade, and drizzling chocolate over the top :j

Off to tidy up after those girls, and have some coffee.

See you all later, Penny. x

  • Pen - just sounded rude to me when I read it!! Must of been the lager I'd consumed LOL

Morning all - bit tired here as DS woke 3 times last night and it was muggins here who had to sort him out (1.00, 4.00 and 4.30). AF arrived this morning but am feeling much better after a nice shower - got a new Mira one and it has a 'power' bit on it which really wakes you up!

Just making cup of tea for us, kids had milk, and am going to make a loaf of bread and put something in the slow cooker for tea. Forgot to run DW last night so got that on the quick cycle, not sure if it'll be any good but we're almost out of cups.

Been doing some more research for the ironing business and got my own website now. I found a really good tool last night where you can do a free survey so have filled one of them out and had good responses. If any of you lovely Flyladies would like to fill it out I'd be really grateful; I know what I think would be good but it may not be the same as what people actually want! Just click on the link: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ZVDR27J Many thanks :)

Skimmed the thread really quickly but can I just send hugs, good luck and enjoy your weekend vibes to all :)

You think that's bad? When I first came to live with Mr LW, the lawnmower lived in the kitchen!! A situation that was very swiftly remedied, you may be sure!:D

:rotfl:And my OH (now DH) had a motorbike in his living room and another one (in pieces) in the dining room):rotfl:

Mumof2- It always seems to be me that gets up to see to the kids, DH "never hears them"

Today I plan to clean under the sofas and make the kids clean their room, wish me luck with that one!!

DH cooking chimichangas and burritos for tea which will use some more stuff out of the freezer, it's my plan to eventually fill it with homemade stuff.

Hoping to have a family walk with steve (the dog!) later as well.

  • I'm glad you guys are here. DH collapsed twice this morning. I ran to call an ambulance (didn't even put him in the recovery position) but he had got himself up before they put me through and he insisted I cancel it. I thought I was going to lose him, the whole of life flashed through my mind.

We don't know what it is, this happened once, on the plane to our honeymoon, but that was years ago. He won't see doctors. Its so scary.

Consequently, notalot of flying done. He's in bed at the moment. dw and wm on though.
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x
