Decluttered OH to Spain today, hes gone for a week
I have sold 4 things on Ebay so far :jand DD1 has taken piccies of some more things....need to get some more of LOs things out of attic this week...see if I can get some more on.
If anyone has time to spare could I have some good luck wishes for Ds1 he had an assessment interview for the college course he really wants yesterday....he struggles such a lot academically but always tries so hard...bless him and he is a really good lad.... he hopefully willl have extra help throughout his course or despite all he does he wouldnt be able to keep up, TIA xx
Toddlers was terrible today,my LO was so naughty,so embarrasing that I run the group and my LO is the naughtiest child there..mind you a number were really playing up....he has carried on being a pain all night and hit baby D in the face with a toy and has cut her albeit only a scratch....she couldnt breathe for crying so he was put to bed with no supper or story......hope he is in a better mood tomorrow........
Sorry for the long rant it has really been one of those days

huge hugs Mummy - maybe he acts up because you run the playgroup IYSWIM - kids are often little angels when their parents arent around so I have heard!!!!! poor little D but I am sure she will be fine it would be a fright - is he jealous of her maybe? keep going with the no stories or sitting in the naughty corner - its for his own good and he will come right. *college acceptance* vibes for DS1 - that would be brilliant - I hope it works out for him
unfortunately my nice flylady visitor couldnt make it today - we will catch up soon - I pottered around and did a few paperwork jobs I had been piling up and even had a nap in the afternoon - it poured rain all day.

you never told us (well on the thread anyway) if you got your costume done? and did you get some nice new booby holders today?
Oh and what colour are the nails this week?
have a great weekend and try to enjoy the party - they cant be all strange??

We are going in the morning and staying at his mothers which I am so not looking forward too.
Costume.. hmmm.. still in the thought processes lol.. I need to whizz out the sewing machine.. but have a serious case of lazyarsitis.
And no I am still crammed in my tiddly boobycages..
The nails are black with silver flowers!!
They are ALL strange.. I've not met them before = they are strange.
I may however be dead by about 9pm following a car journey.. but never mind.. Evening all
This week has been mad and the weekend promises to be more of the same. At least I'm not getting up before 6am for the next two days.
I've got 5 jobs for work to do before Monday morning and they all really need to be done. I've not done much since coming home, apart from sorting tea and a quick trip to the shop for bits and pieces. The whole house looks like a bomb's dropped and it won't get much better before next Friday, unless DH has a personality transplant and decides to step into the breech. Yeah, all pigs saddled and ready to fly...
This week's list
MACAW
Drink more water - still working on this
Own extras:
1. phone plumber for appt to get gas fire in LR fixed - waiting for plumber to phone back with a time slot
2. print car repair quote and post to the guy who needs to pay
3. phone DS2's new childminder and arrange trial play session
4. post DH's form for miner's pension
5. put ALL dried/ironed/folded clothes away
Plan for the weekend:
Fri - work on Y7 target spreadsheet
Sat am - urgent flying
Sat pm - shopping (the picnic in the park is a great alternative to stopping off at the cafe, but in this weather I might just make sure that we have
lunch at home first)
Sat eve - analyse Y9 data
Sun am - Y8 work scrutiny and lesson planning
Sun pm/evening - Y11 lesson for Monday
In between jobs I'm going to practise a 'no visitors next week' mantra - we're all too tired in the week before the holidays, including the kids (but that's when they caught us last time, and it wasn't a good experience).
See you all soon,

I'm not judging them at all.. I'm sure they will all be perfectly lovely and positively sane after my family.
Lappy is coming so you may have me wailing on you!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Did my two miles - walked to the other end of the village and back. Didn't sing though... I don't think it would have been very popular!
Tomorrow I need to go to the butcher (lamb shoulder), farm shop (broccoli etc) then get the house cleared up, the utility room cleared and the study turned into a bedroom for the week. Then supermarket in the evening (when it's bearable), plus hopefully, if I have any time left, some writing for work as I'm way, way behind with this month's stuff.
Also - call gym near work to book fitness assessment for health insurance. Book health assessment for health insurance. Book eye test. Sort out food for me and builders for the week... Laundry and sort out gym kit/clothes for week too. Post office if I can locate the stuff, pack it up and get there on time... tip... buy hippobags
Sunday I'm going to the farmers' market and then a long walk (hopefully) with a friend. Need to speak to her about lunch, as if she's staying for lunch I might invite a few other people.
Suppose I should go to bed and rest in preparation!0 -
well i phoed school yesterday, so worried was I about DD2 and the dreaded 6th form options....they dragged her out of a lesson and had a chat with one of the deputies! SORTED!!!!!
Muchh relief all round!
Changed some beds today and have put a load of todays clothes through the WM this evening.
DD2 has announced that she is going out tomorrow - so i may get something done! HOORAY!!!!!!
And best of all Criminal Minds is back on Living tonight - so I have 25 more Friday nights to look forward to! Sad???? Moi????:o:o:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
