    recipe for them please!

Jaffa Cake Muffins (invented this week by me :D )

To your favourite muffin recipe (I double up the basic recipe from this one), for 12 muffins, substitute half the liquid with orange juice, add the grated zest of an orange and 100g chopped dark chocolate :j

As we speak DH is making me a coffee and I'm letting him have a nibble of my muffins :)

Feet up, drinking hot choc with marshmallows, waiting for Silent Witness. All I need now is a Jaffa Cake muffin...send one across please Penpen!!

Maybe I'll declutter my emails while I'm here - that'll count as flying!

Vanilla - don't know about SEN, but do know that moving my DD's school was the single best decision I have ever made. She is a changed child - so much so that people comment on it.

Another busy day. Went and did NN's cleaning for her this afternoon after work and then came home, did a bit of my own and then went back for Friday night gin....

I think the buses were suffering from some adverse astrological influence today. The one I took to work this morning had a minor scrape at a roundabout. Most interesting thing is that I didn't know - bus drivers have disposable cameras as part of their kit so the bus was delayed whilst the driver got off and took photos of the damage.

Then, on the way home, there was a bit of beeping at one point. I realised a stop later that the bus driver must have upset someone because this big 4x4 stopped in the middle of the road (blocking everything both ways) and the driver spent 3 minutes at least berating the bus driver. That car driver clearly needed anger management lessons!

But that's so boring and trivial, I have no idea why I actually posted it!

I think I need to get a life...
