Just defrosted a block of puff pastry to put on my pot pie but there is some leftover and in OS style I wondered what I could do with the little bit extra I have. Was thinking of making some miniature pies for DH to take to work for dinner this week but have no little pie moulds. Any ideas?0

Hi kdean,
Do you have a yorkshire pudding tin? I've used one of those before and it worked well.
There's an older thread on what to do with puff pastry that might help:

I always cook the scraps on a tray along with the pie & snack on them
not very money-saving or good for my waist though :rolleyes:0 -
I used to make mini pizzas using puff pastry and a bun trayweaving through the chaos...0

A bun tray also works well for making small fruit pies so I don't see why it wouldn't work for meat ones or anything else really.0
