Well then your an idiot, at the top of this page in beg red writing it says money saving, nowhere does it say change the world. You need www.howtochangetheworldin10easysteps.com or you could try www.dummiesguides.com/worldchanging.

On your original point as already pointed out to many times, with computer equipment they will always list the maximum a piece of hardware can achieve, they can not, will not and do not list what your computer will get. Unlike you computer manufacturers aren't physic and do not know what set up you are running and what other factors that will effect the hardware. Just accept it, or why not try and sue them and see where you get!!!
