How to complain about a dog groomer?

Sorry!
Puppy is all well and doing fine, spoke to groomer about the situation she was very shocked! She was wonderful she phoned the manufacture to make sure they hadn't changed anything in the shampoo and she also phoned all her other clients that were done that week to make sure nobody else was having these problems.
She paid the vet bills without hesitation and she said when he comes again she would cut him rather than shave him.
as i said there are some good ones :j. i'm pleased it's all resolved peacefully and puppy feels better.0 -
sounds like a result hun - and not only that but you have found a good responsible groomer! treasure her! they are like rocking horse pooh....this one at least took responsiblity and has tried her best to make everything right. sounds like she cares. just like my first groomer - a wonderful person who my dog loved to bits.
but it is possible to learn to groom your breed - me an OH did it and even our trial efforts were better than some so-called professional groomers!
hope your little darling is better now and enjoys his time at the furdressers in future!0 -

Can you explain your statement please?
Do you have experience of many groomers?
Your last post indicates you've only used just one and was happy with him/her so I'd love to know what you base your theory upon!“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0
