Hi There. What else did they say? Have you parted with any money. If they ring again either whistle loudly down their earpiece or just put the phone down. Am sure it will be ok.

    Hi and welcome.

This seems to be a regular thing with these lately.
Tell them your not obligated to give out personal accounts etc on the phone and your not interested.

If you wanted to make a reclaim you can do so by doing this yourself all free with the help from this site, more info for your information here:

Hope this helps, feel free to post up for further help, and good luck.

  • Hi Stacie02,

Good advice from maxdp and di as always.

I would like to say having been put on the spot several times by unexpected phone calls remember you do not have to give out any info... I now ask for identification or password.... which they cant give, this usually hacks them off I then ask them to put their query in writing as they have not set up a password with me.:rotfl::rotfl:

Try not to worry you will be alright.

When all is said and done we have no idea what any company can do with data belonging to you. If you have signed nothing with them you should be fine as regards them acting for you. Did you pay them anything or agree to them acting on your behalf. Its stange that they called and asked for your loan ref? Very strange indeed.

If as you say you did not want PPI and it was added to your agreement it would be on the agreement as an amount added to your loan (if a single premium) saying PPI. It would be obvious most of the time on the agreement.
  • Hello All,

Hope someone can shed some light on my situation, I got an email from these guys about 10 or so weeks ago, I phoned them up and asked them what it was about they answered all my questions as helpfull as they were, I got an application form sent out and I filled it in and sent it to them. I never provied any payment details and i told them this. They said that was fine as they would collect any payments after case was won.
9 weeks on, I phoned them up the other day and they said my bank did not get in contact with them in the desired time frame so they will be taking it to the higher bank courts.

I then was looking on google about them and found this article. Reading this and reading about other peoples concerns, Now i'm concerned... What can I do now ?

    Please help someone.
