Air cooled I'm sorry it's all dragging on for you. I'd make a nuisance of myself until they got it all sorted, you've waited long enough now.
Sam I'm pleased the tests have come back ok, but I get where you are coming from about half wishing there was something wrong that could be fixed for next time. Fingers crossed you will be luckier next time.
Rosie you sound absolutely exhausted and I 100% think you've done the right thing by organising to finish work early. You deserve a medal for soldiering on thus far. I also think you should tell the psych that you aren't sleeping and how you are feeling. It's a long time until new year when you aren't at your best. I hope tomorrow goes as well as it can.
ttc glad you had some quality time with the hubby. Do you think you were sore because you were tense? Or bruising from a scan or something? See your doc if that continues, I'll be honest it has never been sore for me despite everything.
Firey yes I've noticed a lot of hairloss, particularly in the shower. It doesn't help anything does it?!
Well my big lad is off for his first day back at school. It's his last year at primary and he is 9 next week!! How did that happen?! Little one starts nursery tomorrow. I'm still absolutely exhausted. Starting to believe the GP now when she said it will take a couple of months to get back to normal. Anaemia is so NOT fun XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Hiya, hope the first day back goes well for your son :-)
Bless you, hope you get a half hour here or there today for you to relax, if your little one needs a nap lol xx
I think I was tense as I was thinking "I really shouldn't be doing this yet!" So hopefully more enjoyable next time xxJoined SW on 1.5.14 - Weight 11 stone 11

Hello all. I'm having a pity party today. It's my birthday and I'm just feeling very sad as it would've been around now that I'd have been going off on maternity leave. I'm obviously over-sensitive as I'm upset that my OH bought a card to be from my LO which was just a bog standard "kids" card - nothing about being to mummy or anything. I just feel really fed up. I have nice things planned today, although I just don't feel like being with anyone. Hopefully I'll feel better by the end of the day.
Oh and it doesn't help that I got my second period on Saturday since losing the boys, but it was 5 days late and I've been feeling sick etc so I'd dared to hope that maybe I was pregnant again. But obviously not now
Sorry, told you this was a pity party message!0 -
Well first of all Sweaty Betty:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
:bdaycake:
I think you are thoroughly entitled to a pity party, but I am glad to hear you have some other treats planned. Everyone has been telling me to "feel my feelings" which I thought was bs advice. But actually I realised that they are giving me permission to be right royally P-ed off with life.
Some days are so sad, but this is what I am working towards:
“The best part of life is not just surviving, but thriving with passion and compassion and humor and style and generosity and kindness.” Maya Angelou
On this thread you have certainly given us compassion, humour, generosity and kindness. Hopefully thriving and passion will return to us all in time.

betty, big hugs xx. Happy Birthday - I hope you manage to enjoy the day and the things you have planned. You're perfectly entitled to feel over-sensitive!0

Happy birthday Betty!!
I'm sorry your party is of the pity variety rather than the fun one, though it's understandable and is still early days for you. Blokes are carp when it comes to cards etc, my DH "didn't think to buy me a card from DS1" one year and I was gutted! As it happens I ended up with 4 Mummy cards as my friends went out and bought me one from him! At least you know your little one would buy you one if they could.
Fingers crossed for your BFP next month. Be kind to yourself today XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

happy birthday sweaty Betty, it's understandable you feel upset but hopefully some nice things you have planned might cheer you up.
I'm glad it's not just me with the hair loss. it's so horrible as my hair is really fine anyway and apparently there's just nothing you can do. I'm having to wash and straighten it less and I just feel like I look horrible all the time. not good for your self esteem, feeling quite down recently0 -
Happy birthday to Betty and hugs to anyone feeling down. Hope everyone finds something positive in their day today.

I could have written that. I'm a full time carer for my husband, Mum to two boys and work a few hours a week. With DH being on benefits after his accident there is no spare cash for me for new clothes/hair cuts/ pampering etc. It didn't bother me AT ALL until recently. I really don't like myself right now and I suddenly stopped and looked at myself properly and thought, wow I look a mess. It's my birthday next week so I'm pushing the boat out and getting my hair cut. I also got some vouchers for M&S when I changed house insurance suppliers recently so I splashed out and got myself a new sparkly top. I don't feel very sparkly but at least I will look it!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
