Good luck with the new hair cuts everyone. Mine is desperate for something but I have no idea what. Quite depressing to think that in 35 years I don't remember ever liking my hair!

I got an appointment with psychiatrist - 27th September Nothing sooner.

My dad just called to say he hopes tomorrow goes well. then he "told me off" for telling my sister when I went to see them . She'd told everyone at the centre she goes to that she was going to be an auntie, now shes been upset at having to them that shes not going to be one

made me feel like utter !!!!. been crying for past hour.

urgh I don't know.

head is killing me. hurts sooo much. bf is being useless tonight.

Oh Rosie - bless you. I'd really like to give you a big hug and sit you down with a cup of tea and let you talk or cry or do whatever you need to do.

Your dad has not been helpful there...you've got enough to cope with on your own account without being "told off" for upsetting your sister.

Do whatever you can do now to help yourself feel a bit better and get through this evening, then tomorrow you will be looked after by lovely medical staff. I hope it goes as well as it can and please post here as much as you need...

Rosie, you come across as being really strong and unfortunately I know only too well that when that is people's perception of you they are less than forthcoming with the tlc, as they just think you will cope without it. Bottom line is that your Dad was wrong for making you feel guilty and your bf is wrong for not supporting you more.

I have everything crossed that it all goes smoothly for you tomorrow. Love and hugs Xx

I had to remove my ring or tape them up so I'd guess so. The anaesthetist will be able to confirm that for you as they chat to you at your bed pre op Xx

uncle is still taking me. a little earlier than I need to. so i'll be there about an hour early now.

he said I can go get a coffee while I wait .. bless him. had to point out im not allowed anything, not even water, after 11.
