  • Sandy for safety's sake, I would strain and use the stock to make the soup straight away, then chill it when it's cooled and just heat each portion as it needs eating. Should keep for 2 or 3 days, depends on the smell!

Thank you. I kind of thought that just wanted to check. I can't risk giving them all food poisoning, they annoy me enough when they are well:rotfl:

Just wanted to say thank you for all the good lucks, yesterday :)

Bit of an emotional day at the hospital - some good, some not so :(

Anyway, girls have Japanese this morning, so I will post more on today's thread a bit later.

Sandy  Glad you came over. It's lovely here :)

  • Evening chums ,well all's quiet at the moment on the western front,no more yelling or abuse from the doolally lady over the road.I am just ignoring her.College this afternoon and we had a lovely afternoon discussing Nicholas Winton, who saved lots of jewish children during the war.
Then came home and stopped of to get my shopping at Mr Ts.Wont have to buy anything more for a fortnight, which is good and got it home and packed away.I have felt very tired all day today, and so I am going off to have a lie down and a read as I can have a lay in tomorrow.I have plenty to do, but the inclination just isn't there at the moment .Perhaps the forthcoming sunshine might get me motivated.Well I hope everyome had a good day and kept warm.
I'm off up the wooden hill to Bedfordshire as my old Mum used to say
    Night night all God bless
