Yes, they are the same people. They are different companies, but registered at the same address, have the same director (as well as a bunch of other companies) and have the same notice on their front door this morning.

went into barclays today, have a career development loan through them. on the phone i gave the woman at the cdl dept my new address, her reply ok, we can now collect your arrears... about 2k as i didnt even realise i was meant to be paying bk already, thought it was 4 years b4 repayments started... SIMON the gimpy salesman told me that... and i stupidly rang for the cdl without checking the details of the loan.
!!!!ing fantastic.
barclays cdl dept responce was along thelines of "unlucky, now how much can you afford to repay today?"

Stop being so rude ,you are a sadistic and nasty parson....all my associates are in a whole lot of debt,worry and trouble for years to come at the hands of an unscrupilous company....Have some empathy and i can,t spell,but we know as humans peeps are hurting....you are not fit to be with the human race....So insulting.it,s not about inteligence,it,s about the rich and poor and survival...

Hi folks, I am an advent student and have not completed a great of the course at all. I have paid for the course (MCSE) with barclays 1 year buy now pay later deal. Somebody previously mentioned Sec 75 Consumer Credit Act covering credit payments. Does this apply to loans also? ie ...my loan with Barclays?
