Emm, did you buy the books as a job lot from ebay?

LOL, I have held off listing on ebay as my auctions (all BIN) have gone quiet and 3 have gone today so I only have 9 left on. I think people have been paid . I need to update my total now as I think I must be heading towards £400 after fees. I haven't bought anything to resell as of yet. Just stuck to stuff we need out the house.

I don't think I've been added to this list so can you add me please mmtwga
About me? Female, thirties, mum of two, really want to give up work, be mortgage free and enjoy life, so working hard to get there now.
Plans for this year are to set up a jewellery website, I've got some blogs going and also any free bingo offer I come across and of course Ebay.
Would love to help pay for a wedding and save some back up savings.0 -
Just been reading both threads and thinking what na amazing idea. I am not an official member but am using it to inspire me to make AS MUCh as I can extra this year, especially with the knowledge that £6000 extra would clear our credit card! Thinking about that, and the fact that it would rodinarily take us about 4 years to clear it, is very powerful.
Anyway, I'm lookin for ideas from all you lovely people.
I have a pile of Microsoft Office CDs - all genuine hologramed etc - and I want to sell them but can't find where?
They are within ebay's T&C's but any listing gets pulled by Microsoft - no matter what wording I use!
Any ideas where else I could sell these? They are worth so much money and the person who gave them to me to sell has said I can have half the profit, so desperately want to get these sold someplace.
Ta in advance.0 -
It's not mine! I was was laughing at the spelling, and the seller sounds like a nightmare 'I will not sell rubbish' lol, was on local bargain finder, was wondering if it was worth buying to split up and sell on...
The proofreader in me went  at reading that listing ... the grammar, the horror ...0 -
I have sold Microsoft software on amazon and ebay in the last month, only 1 on each but I didnt have any problems with the listings one went on ebay about £15 (office 2000) and the office 2003 sold on amazon for £180:jJust been reading both threads and thinking what na amazing idea. Thanks deq. Honestly, I have tried with ebay about 4 times and each time the listing is pulled by Microsoft (I contact ebay who said they can do nothing about it). I don't know how you managed but well done.
I will have to try Amazon, if it sold for that much! :0 I was expecting each disc to sell for about £40, so more than that would be amazing.0 -
Hmm...do you know how many copies of Office you have?Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:0

Hi everyone,
Thanks for the tip on Vistaprint. I spent a couple of hours playing about with different designs, but have come up with one that I am really pleased with.
I went through Quidco, and have a free month's website trial, e-mail marketing and 250 cards, all of which carry the same design, and look really smart.
The total cost for this was only £12.00 including P&P (when factoring in Quidco).
Really pleased.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0
