I've just bought £380 worth of children's books for £190 agghhhh what have i done?!!!

    :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

That's one to try to keep quiet from the other half!

    I know! I ordered a similar amount - 110 books!

Although I have been selling Barefoot online for a while, it is my first foray into investing money up front and then selling them directly.

    It will be interesting . . .

  • I checked Paddypower in the hope I may have been lucky too, but I got credited 40p bonus balance and that's it...

I'll buy a ticket for the 2p table now and see if my luck changes, lol.

Am playing with my first photoframe right now...It's been forever since I've made one!

Thanks for all your invaluable help and advice  I almost missed the button to get the price halved! I can't wait for my parcel to arrive. Now how will I sneak it past my husband?! :rotfl:

    Hi all :)

Princess - my youngest son is called Kadan, its a lovely name :D. I have tried listing on eBay with ISBN numbers, but haven't found out a way to do it yet,so don't think you can :( Rubbish as I have loads of books to sell...

Really?? Everytime i say his name the first thing people come out with is 'ooh thats unusual iv never heard that before' :rotfl:

Im wondering whether to give ebay a miss for the books *confused smily* they are on greenmetropolis, amazon and play already, its going to take ages listing them all individually im wondering if its actually worth it for what they are going to sell for *confused*
Hmm...sorry to be a pain, but I'm new to items not received!
I messaged the seller and explained that I haven't got them yet, and when should I expect them. They messaged back with the postage date and my address, but its quite a cold message, and they've offered no solution.

Shall I start a dispute? It seems so mean...
(But i do want my items, or the money!)

I would open a dispute hun, I had one a couple of weeks ago she was as nice as pie, with i posted in so and so date it should be there soon, it never turned up and she never offered to refund or anything opened a paypal dispute and she never even replied to it! Luckily it went in my favour and i got my money back though!

Well done on the BB wins :D

Just redeemed points on lightspeed for a £10 love2shop voucher :j i cant believe the points difference between some of the vouchers on there considering they are for the same amount

My current aims at the mo are to get a nintendo wii (for dd1s birthday in march) and i want a new laptop so im including the vouchers because it will knock the price down on at least one of them :D

Really should go and add it to my signature as that is my first starting point i guess even though i havent sold anything yet :rotfl:

    That's the question.

Whether to bring it up now or hide the box when it arrives, ummm. I will think about this tomorrow, lol.
