Anyway! I've been thinking about doing a regular car boot with my brother in law and have came to the conclusion that a food stall would go down quite well.
Not sure if you know this (so sorry if you already do, lol) but selling food is subject to all sorts of rules and regs. Phone your local council who will tell you what's required. (It may differ from area to area, I'm not sure.)Herman - MP for all!0 -
Never post often on but read avidly on this thread, sorry to read your news cake, not made anything recently as I have been struggling, but holidays are needing paid in 8 weeks, so I am turning to here for inspiration. I am off to order seeds so I can get things planted and aim for selling them the first week in May, will order Tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, runner beans, in the flowering plant line I will order lobelia, alyssum, asters, sweet peas - if anyone can think of any more that are good sellers please let me know. I have 3 trouser suits in the wardrobe with labels on - which I will get onto ebay hopefully today if I get my butt in gear - hopefully get £25 for each of them.
Love the crochet flowers, how about sewing them together, line them with matching material, crochet a long band for the strap and make lovely handbags, - just another thought!
Good luck to everyone for this weekEvery days a School day!0 -

MMTWGR - Don't worry that you have turned this into relate, it's great we can all have a moan / cry, it certainly helps me x
I went to car boot this morning and bought a Fisher price house with blocks for 50p. Going to give it a scrub and get it on ebay later along with my other bits and bobs. Had another sale today as well.
Really liking the crochet Amber, I really want to learn to knit but not sure how, was going to buy a kit or something unless anyone has any advice please?
Truly, I like your business idea, maybe get in with hotelsetc hosting wedding so you can do the favours on the tables? Or google local wedding planners, the season is coming up.
My commitments for next week please hales are:
Buy wholesale stock i have been putting off buying
Do posters / cards for selling on ebay and put in shop / school
Do accounts for my body shop business
Start sorting car boot stuff out
Have a look at dooyoo
