MMTWGR - I stayed with my ex for years when I shouldn't have done. I thought I was doing it for the sake of the kids, but now that they are older, they've openly admitted to me that I'm obviously happier/more patient/lots of fun since parting ways with their father, and they're enjoying having me as a mum now. It was hard, these things always are, but I'm reassured that my kids are better off with a happy mum. You're sounding lovely and positive today which is great!

I agree, it is better for her to grow up thinking he is a nice man, that knowing her dad is a complete t**t. You deserve better and so does she.

Things will be fine in the end, keep your chin up and you will get there eventually!

Happen to be an expert in how to feed lots of months for about £2-3 a meal (sod this £5 stuff, thats too expensive for me!) pm you later!

In the mean time, findad EBay as much of his stuff as you possibly can, and if it doesn't sell, freecycle or bin it! Call it compensation for living with a k**b!

Personal fave tho is smashing phone to bits and then giving it back! Not a spiteful b***ch honest, he got himself a new gf and was going to move out, I was 8 3/4 months preg and suffering from depression, it was justified!

I am feeling more positive today - it helps that he is texting begging for me back. I think I would be gutted if he didnt realise what he had lost ! I feel for you MummyandPaige - how on earth did you spring back from that??

Watching the music channel but all the songs seem so depressing. Although the N Dubz one about cheating men is quite apt !

So I will be collating recipes this weekend, clearing out house, making a list of all things positive in my life and generally ebaying anything not nailed down. I got email from ebay saying I will qualify for new top rated seller status in April if nothing goes wrong between now and then, but thats the business account so hope that stays at that !

My next aim is to marry Eminem - dont ask me why, but I have always thought the loving of a good woman could change him. Thats going on my march commitment list.

I've got a actifry - never used. Does anyone have one and would you recommend it ? Or shall I ebay it? £100 so dont want to keep it if not going to use it

on another note, my little girl is 4 months too, 18th sep, also been with OH for 5 years and have 2 kids with him, coincidence!

MMTWGR- threw my cup of tea at him, it missed, bounced off the wall, broke and inserted itself in the back of his head. A pint of blood and seven stitches later, I had calmed down and he had had some sence knocked into him. Its not perfect but we are getting there. yes i am still with him.

MMTWGR - don;t feel bad for your children , they will do much better with 2 happy parents than a mummy who is miserable in a relationship without trust .

my daughter was 9 months old when i split form her dad he was a total waste of space but now she's 18 the have a relationship of sorts , she has madeup her wn mind about how much of a d!*k he is and is ok with it . your kids will be great I promise

my god this is like looking in a mirror!!! I had my lightening moment as well now. Cheats, have no patience and I will never ever understand why they blame us or use us as the excuse!! All you people flogging on ebay, obviosly bigger fragile items need better packing. Now where do you get things like your large envelops in bulk cheap to cut down on costs?:beer:
