If I was sending something fragile.. say a vase and it didn't have its original packaging. I would get two boxes from supermarket or local shop etc one smaller than the other. Put the vase in the smaller one with loads of bubble wrap and use the newspaper srcrunched up in any gaps so the vase can't move then tape that box up and then put inside the other box, again scrunch newspaper into balls and put them all around the box so that nothing moves, tape that one up and send.

Wayne, the son of a work colleague of mine was getting married last year. He is renowned for absolutely loving Henderson's and having it with every meal. So my colleague contacted Hendersons and arranged for a small bottle for every guest with the label changed to state the names of the bride and groom and (as far as I can remember) the date of the wedding. It went down really really well, with everyone at the wedding saying how much they loved the thought.

Not sure if that gives you any ideas, but thought I'd mention it.

Hales - welcome to my hell!! I have been advised that I have to make two more seperate cv's and eliminate some of my skills for each of them, one more geared to sales and the other to lower admin roles. It is bloody hard to say the least, I have spent weeks trying to do it!! How are you supposed to make yourself become less...but will have to find a way as all I get is that I am over qualified!!

God, same boat here most of time! tbh try not to think about it, get on with life, its not bad, on my own most of the time, he is usually gone by the time we get up and doesn't get back til silly oclock at night, suprised the kids know who he is!

Hormones is usually my excuse too, between being pregnant and breast feeding, I am just a big bag of hormones! Got no suggestions I am afraid, let me know if you think of something though!

Main reason for staying is because things aren't bad and it would just be too much hassle to leave, carpy reasons but thats the truth!

Things will be alright in the morning x

Don't worry - I've been down like that in the past - in the end I just used to say to myself "one day - one thing" - in other words I made myself (with supreme effort) do one thing - like one day I just managed to stick some labels on some spice jars and put them back in the spice rack - but I felt better for it - you'll get there - be kind to yourself!
