totally agree with you - deal with it day in day out and a piece of paper means absolutely nothing in my book - you cant replace real life experiences and knowledge

now if I could just someone who is doing the hiring to just bite the bullet and take a chance on me .....

instead now I apply for jobs that I am qualified and experienced to do but not exactly what I want to do .....if that makes any sense at all!

The women in my local charity shop keep all the good stuff for themselves...they even displayed a wedding dress in the window then told everyone who asked about it that it was hers from home and it wasn't for sale...it's a weird place.

Looking forward to seeing the hamper tomorrow Hales. You are obviously creative, with the ability to present a product well. These are skills that are transferable.

Themed hampers might work. Mother's day, Valentine's day, naughty Hen night or Stag night hampers etc.

Well done EM, for making a good start on that long list. You can do it.
