Did you take the contract out at £35 a month? If it was lower and you increased it, they won't decrease it, but if it was £35 from the start and you don't go near your allowance they might do.
Does that make any sense?

anybody know anything about mobile phone contracts? my dd has a £35 month contract with O2 and so do i, Dd has about 5 months to go and i'm not sure how long i have, be about the same i think - is it worth phoning them to try and reduce the tarriff or will they just laugh at me?
Competition is strong amongst diff companies and it is always well worth haggleing with them!! Especially if it is closer to the end of contract.I am somebody. I am me. I like being me. And I need nobody to make me somebody! Louis L'Amour0 -

Your welcome. What I have done in the past is search online for the best possible offer I can find that will work for what I need and then I go to whoever and haggle with them and if all else fails say that is ok, I will just take my business to such and such and they will generally match or sometimes even better the offer! I have done this for both my own personal items (anyone that knows that I hate paying full price for about anything) and also re-negotiated all the contracts at my last job having saved literally tens of thousands for them, lol even negotiated 35k off the purchase of a new office building when the boss could not get anywhere.....
Now if I could just make real money this way lol, ex boss used to say I should be a buyer lol
hmmm not eating anything although do have munchies lol, but guess I will stick to the glass of red I have here!I am somebody. I am me. I like being me. And I need nobody to make me somebody! Louis L'Amour0 -
well done everyone on all the little things you have done today to move it the right direction , it maynot be intant cash but it will be cash one day .
anyway 45 flowers done today - worked out it takes me about 5 minutes to amke each one . I've ordered some little plastic bags from ebay so that i can package them , just have to design a little logo to go on the piece of card i am going to attach to the top -
I am going to photograph this first lot and list them on ebay , then give them away at a charity event i am going to next weekend - well ask people to make a donation for them . hopefully if they go down well enough the shop owner I know might be interested in stocking them so i need them to look proffesionally packaged . any ideas ?
Jane, that's great, I was going to suggest maybe getting clear plastic (cellophane? I dunno) to print your own logo/writing on and make them into little bags but then I saw Nikki's post about bag toppers, didn't know what they were so I Googled it and found this
http://http://alenkasprintables.com/bag_toppers.shtml
-hopefully it'll help, I'm really impressed by this and might be able to use it myself :T
Well the boy-child is fast asleep and doesn't seem to have a temperature, the sofa cushions and stairs and clothes etc etc are washed, and I've got as far as I can before i have to wait anyway for paint to dry, so will post a pic tomorrow
...just wanted to say a great big THANK YOU to everyone for being so lovely, have calmed down a bit now! Might have that JD now :beer:I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.0 -

You should be a buyer ... and your ex boss (and any future boss) should have had you on commission. It is an art form to get real value when purchasing and you sound like a natural.

My only 'talent' if you can call it that is im very good at making hampers/gift boxes etc up - here's a pic of one i did a couple of xmas's ago for a gift for my auntie
So i was thinking about doing smaller sized (gift box size) ones - possibly with make up in???
