is it possible to deliver stock to the shop on a saturday when its a bit busier and gush how lovely the brides are and you have just the thing etc etc! brand new in stock?

That is just what Gucci used to do in his first shops ... himself and others gushing over how amazing something was (pretending to be a customer ;)) broke the barriers and persuaded people to pick up and look at the products. Some restaurants do it by getting people to sit in the window having meals etc. ... good idea :).

Hi SaucySecrets, I mostly use alcohol inks, with the occasional bit of Stazon. I'm working a lot with game pieces (dominoes, chess pieces etc.) and the last stuff I've been doing have been using old CDs, so it needs to be alcohol ink as it works on shiny surfaces. I'm just waiting for the last batch to dry (I've put acrylic lacquer over to seal it) and I'll post some pics - I'm really chuffed with them!

I've just paid my staff over the internet, so I'm feeling very poor again LOL.

It's not rubbish at all - it adds the personal touch and it's good to read how you got to where you are. The charity idea's really nice too. It's good that you've kept your blog updated, it irritates me when I go on websites that haven't been updated for months - it makes me trust them less and stops me from buying. Not sure why! That sounds fab about your friend's wedding - maybe you could add a pic of that to your site, if you haven't already.

You have to update your blog MM. It'll get you customers if you update frequently.
